Charming villa with lake view, a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 minutes' walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in a guest house with access to the house and offers plenty of space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace are fully furnished, 50 meters from a jetty that has a swimming area. In the house, there is both a sauna and a fireplace and two tiled stoves that enhance the stay.

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. The swimming pool is open mid May-mid Sept. We ourselves live right next door and although we respect your privacy, we are always here to answer any questions you might have!

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Charming, newly built house in the countryside in quiet area at Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.

The Gavlelä apartment is located very centrally in Sigtuna City. You are within walking distance to the entire Sigtuna city center and the entire city's culture and restaurants. You can see Mariakyrkan from your window. You have about 100 meters to the bus both to Stockholm and Uppsala. Also within walking distance to Gym and Padelhall. Outside your entrance, you have access to the balcony and parking.
