Mindestaufenthalt: 7 Nächte! Drei Zimmer: Ein eigenes Schlafzimmer, eine eigene Küche & ein eigenes Bad in einem schönen Örtchen ca. 4 km vom Strand. In dem Zimmer können auch 3 Leute schlafen, da es groß genug wäre. Die dritte Person müsste auf dem Sofa oder auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen (im selben Zimmer). Von hieraus kann man sehr gut die holsteinische Ostsee erkunden. Zu unserer Familie gehöre ich, meine Frau und unsere beiden Söhne (9 Jahre und 7 Jahre) sowie unsere Hündin.

Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs sometimes fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. 29 m² of living space await you in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace.
