Surrounded by meadows and forests, relaxation begins right outside the front door. Wonderful forest walks offer new discoveries every day. Fallow deer, sea eagles, bats and cranes are not uncommon. Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

Vacation home in Preetz

The approx. 100 sqm non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. The bright, quietly located apartment with fantastic views has a large, cozy living room with several sitting areas & TV. A double bed & a single bed are available in the separate bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, ceramic stovetop and dishwasher, among other things. Smoking is allowed on the furnished balcony. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Zum Dachsbau - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: a private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. The room can also sleep 3 people as it would be large enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. Our family consists of me, my wife and our two sons (8 years and 5 years) as well as our dog.

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. The romantic, communal garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Wifi (fiber optic 200mbts), bed linen, towels incl. Selenter See 15, in the village 5 minutes on foot, 17 km to the Baltic Sea (20 min. by car).

The apartment is 50 m². For 2 adults and 2 children. In addition, there is a conservatory at your disposal for sociable evenings. In our 2000 m² garden with many fruit trees, you have plenty of space to relax. Your children are welcome here and have a lot to discover! Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for swimming fun, sunbathing, hiking, bicycle rides, horseback riding and walks. The natural beach with no visitor's tax is just 3 km away.

Hello! We offer our apartment as private accommodation for rent. It has its own entrance, kitchen, shower room and living / bedroom. It is connected to our house via an internal staircase. Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
