Come and enjoy a quiet and ideally located cottage between the Cévennes, Uzès and Nîmes. Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Ideally located between the Cévennes and Uzès, in a quiet cul-de-sac of a typical village, this house has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) to comfortably accommodate 6 people (max). Built in 1809, completely renovated in 2021, the house has a garden and a traditional salt-treated swimming pool (4.5 m x 6 m). A pleasant terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding hills will accommodate your meals in the shade of the arbor.
