We loved our stay in Cocos Luxe Home in Noosa. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location within walking distance of restaurants, beach, shop’s etc. just as described. Lisa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay as much as possible. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Noosa.

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

Absolutely stunning location. Peaceful, private, and the mornings are glorious. My partner and I stay just the two of us, but it has more than enough room for a family or group. Plenty of room and lots of spots to enjoy the surrounds.

We loved our stay at Bird Song! So peaceful, great views. Loved relaxing on the balcony listening to the birds and just unwinding. Made our morning coffee that much better 👌🏽 The kitchen is perfect sized for a big family and has everything needed to cook at home. We ended up cooking all breakfast’s and dinners at the house cause we enjoyed the kitchen that much. The bath was a big hit, loved the salts and candles supplied. The projector was a hit with the little one and we enjoyed watching a movie by the electric fire place each night. Christine went out of her way to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible and was super accommodating when she knew we had a baby with us. She supplied a cot, high chair and even offered to come to the property and install a baby gate at the top of the stairs for us. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and nature — secluded enough to feel like a retreat, but still close to charming local towns and scenic walks. The accommodation was spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was warm, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the deck, or simply soaking up the tranquillity, this place truly is a slice of paradise. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

In our party we had two couples requiring a place to stay to attend a wedding in the area. We required a private space with flexible checkin due to work commitments and Rita's home ticked all the boxes. It is a beautiful home with everything you could need for your stay, no matter how long or short. The view from the living area windows is beautiful and the area is so quiet. Rita was extremely responsive and accomodationg from the leadup to throughout our stay. Thankyou for such a lovely stay.

Awesome Airbnb! We were only here 1 night but wish it was longer to fully appreciate everything it had to offer! We ended up cooking dinner in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The location was great too, only a few mins away from the Montville stores and Palmwoods bakery!

Very clean apartment, right on Hastings Street. The restaurant Bang Bang right outside can be quite loud but stops at 10pm.

Wonderful stay at Gemma’s place. Our family of 5 had to rearrange our trip due to TC Alfred but Gemma was happy to rebook dates for no extra charge. Great sized apartment in a family friendly complex just 2 mins drive from Rainbow Beach centre. Clean, spacious and fantastic facilities for a family, we all loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit!

Neil place was astounding with everything provided to use the facilities at the complex. I would highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway as there is so many nice to visit.

Jacqueline’s little apartment was clean, tidy, neat and just as she described. It had everything in needed and loved that it has a full kitchen with both a stove top and an oven/microwave. Jacqui is a lovely easy going person, very responsive to any questions, and interactive with great information about things to do and places to see. This place is perfect for one or two people, just the right size. I will recommend this accommodation to anyone who asks. I had a hire car so I had no problems getting around and going places.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious. The shared facilities were great. The town and beach was about 30 minute walk away

The two-bedroom unit was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and generously appointed with breakfast products. We were fortunate to stay 12 days. The views are spectacular as you look across valleys that ultimately lead to the Mary Valley and the Mary River, a significant river in South-east Queensland. The entire property is beautifully presented - the driveways are wide, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The gardens have some lovely roses, including a Montville Rose. A real bonus is seeing the cattle ruminating in a paddock just below you. We were fortunate to witness a newborn calf taking its first steps in life.

We had an amazing 6 nights at Rachael’s place. With 2 kids in tow, holidays can feel like parenting in a different location, but the Noosa international has a great pool and facilities, and the apartment is perfectly suited to a young family. There’s a lot of walking but the bus system was unreal! The Junction has awesome restaurants - would definitely recommend the burger place and Flo’s creperie! Rachael was super efficient and flexible with communication, and the apartment had everything we could need, down to a high chair, cot, and even a set of floaties for the pool. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be recommending your place to everyone we know going to Noosa with kids!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

a great place to stay without the busyness of Noosa, which is only a few minutes away . 3 minutes walk to get great coffee. Beautiful views. Good to be at this end of the national park as it as busy as the Noosa end.

Absolutely perfect place, what a dream apartment, almost too hard to leave and actually enjoy the beautiful Noosa Beach! I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to enjoy dining and relaxing at home. Highly recommended.
