It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!
