John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

this place was perfect for our 2 night pass through pigeon forge on our southeast road trip! its close to all the attractions of the town but also feels secluded and feels like youre staying in a cabin in the mountains. id highly recommend staying here or even checking out any of their other places on the property! look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

this home was beautiful and clean. my family and I felt right at home! the drive up wasn't too bad! the house was very spacious. Robert was very responsive, We had asked for a recommendations for places to eat and he gave us a list which we really enjoyed! highly recommend staying here!

John's Airbnb in Maryville was perfect! It was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful, close to everything, spacious and exactly as in the pictures and description. it had everything we needed and more. We had a great time over Father's Day weekend celebrating with family at my sister's house and John's place was the perfect place for a few of us to stay. I would definitely book this location when I return to Maryville or the surrounding areas. John is super responsive, even though I had no issues. Everything was seamless and smooth. We came to Knoxville for a wedding, but we had a blast staying at this place! The place was perfect for me and my fiancé! It wasn’t huge but wasn’t small either. We absolutely loved being right on the river and we will definitely be back, if allowed. I will say the stairs are pretty steep so if you have a hard time getting up stairs, it may not be the best. But for us it was perfect. We also weren’t far from anything, maybe a 10 minute drive if anything to local restaurants and grocery stores!

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

My family and I were in town for a business trip and this was the perfect place to relax in while we were there. Super neat and unique pieces throughout the property, surrounded by trees. My wife loved the porches and downstairs suite. Beautiful stained glass doors and vaulted ceilings. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Knoxville!

The house is in a wonderful location for those who want things to do in a larger town, those who enjoy the outdoors, and also those looking to drive tail of the dragon. We were there for UT orientation. It's close to campus and downtown. We had a little difficulty finding it the first time but that's mostly because of one way streets and not being accustomed to the city. Once we found it it was very easy. Good parking and great location.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

This location was perfect if you plan to visit the campus. Once we parked, we didn't use the car again until we left. Mary was very attentive to make sure we did not need anything or have any questions. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay. The condo was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and attractions within 5 minutes of the condo. It was very quiet and peaceful for being that close to everything. The view from the balcony is great, especially in the mornings. Our kids discovered the walk in shower and the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. Needless to say they were a hit. Samuel was a great host. I had a few questions and he always responded promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
