Holiday rentals with a patio in Marzahn-Hellersdorf

Wir haben hier herrliche Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es im Haus sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Zur Innenstadt hat man durch die nahe gelegene Strassenbahn einen kurzen Weg. Auch die S-Bahnstation Prenzlauer Berg ist in der Nähe. Für unseren Städtetrip war es perfekt 👌 wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse aus dem Kreis Rendsburg

laura haar verblijf ligt op een hele goede locatie. je bent overal dichtbij en er is ook vanalles in de buurt (coffee shops, restos, dag en nacht winkels, tattoo shops, 2nd hand shops,...). in het appartement is de ruimte goed benut waardoor je alles binnen handbereik hebt. de keuken is volledig in orde alsook de badkamer. er hangt een huiselijke, gezellige sfeer in het appartement omdat laura haar spulletjes er nog staan. Al bij al, een top avontuur in het mooie berlijn gehad!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kindern und dem Hund. Wunderbare Gegend: grün, ruhig, familienfreundlich. Bahnanbindung genial - mit der S 3 in ca 40 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Die Gastgeber war selber anwesend über Pfingsten, sehr freundlich und immer super zu erreichen. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, tolle Raum Aufteilung, Zahnbürsten standen bereit sowie frisch bezogenen Betten, Obst in der Küche und lokaler Kaffee für den ersten Morgen! Einkauf möglich nur über die Straße, See fussläufig, Döner > 21.00 Uhr nach Horror Ankunfs-Fahrt nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto weg! Parken unkompliziert am Straßenrand. Home feeling weit weg von zuhause ☺️ Jederzeit wieder und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

GReat place ! The place was so spacious and welcoming and incredibly efficient and had all of the amenities that you needed. I LOVED it. So well designed. The bed was super comfortable as well. The block building and apartment were welcoming and peaceful. I would stay again in a second and was sad to leave.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist sehr zentral – eine gute Gegend mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gemütlich, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Auf der großen , bequemen Couch im Wohnzimmer, hat man wunderbar entspannen können und gut schlafen können . Die Schlaf Couch im Hauptzimmer hat beim liegen etwas gequietscht – vielleicht wäre ein Austausch eine Überlegung wert, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, schnell und immer herzlich – man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf das Wohl der Gäste geachtet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung von Julien ist sehr sauber und ordentlich gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Julien war auch sehr einfach und ging immer schnell. Die Lage ist doch etwas weiter entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür, von da aus fährt man ca. 8 Minuten zum Flughafen BER. Von da aus dann ca. 35 Minuten Richtung Zentrum. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden :)

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles neue renoviert, in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 45 min von Berlin Innenstadt entfernt, auch super erreichbar. Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar. Flexible Check in Zeiten nach Rücksprache. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

Die Wohnung von Nadja war sehr schön und sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen schöne Hinterhof und ist damit sehr ruhig. Zur nächsten U-Bahn Station sind es dennoch nur 3 Minuten. Gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft! Großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern. Ich finde, dass die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist! Ich will nochmal da unterkommen und habe sie schon an Freund:innen weiterempfohlen. <3

Die Wohnung ist der Wahnsinn. Wunderschön und sehr praktisch gelegen. Der Hoste war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Einfach nur top!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it feel super welcoming and comfortable from the start. The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. What really stood out was the community vibe—it had a warm, friendly feel that made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
