House holiday rentals in Masonboro Island

We had a great week long vacation! The pool was a hit with the kids, the house was clean and big enough for the two families who vacationed together. Diana was wonderful and responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

I stayed for a little over a week and it was absolutely phenomenal! Walkable, in my opinion, to everything CB has to offer though would be a farther walk to some. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for what we needed. The outdoor space / pool was awesome, spent a lot of time reading / working out there enjoying the sun. Would definitely stay again for a long visit!

My family and I stayed here for about five days. I have three young boys and the bunk bedroom was absolutely great. We took full advantage of the outdoor pool and golf cart. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to others!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Great place to stay in Wilmington. Plenty of space for several adults and kids. Andy was very responsive — always a plus. There was a slight pet smell and some animal hair on the carpets, which we expected since the unit allows pets. The kitchen was a bit understocked — not many plates, glasses, or silverware, and there were no paper towels or hand towels. The floors could’ve been vacuumed and mopped more thoroughly. The bedrooms upstairs get a bit warm in the summer — likely due to an older HVAC system. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. Fast internet, a large TV perfect for watching the NHL playoffs. Plenty of space in the unit. And a good location - right between Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach

If you love the beach this is your place!! You really can’t get much closer.The place was clean and stocked with everything you could think off .The outside shower is a game changer for keeping the sand on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and a perfect view of the ocean .Even though the other half is a separate rental unit it still was very private and never a problem.We discovered Maine Lobster Shack while we there wow!! My husband and I have never stayed at the same place twice, by Wednesday we had decided to book for the following year.Thanks for sharing your home with us . It’s apparent you’ve put a lot of care into it.We love Topsail.

We had a great stay at Blair’s! The house is a hidden gem, decorated so cute and in a great central location. Blair was extremely accommodating and super friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The condo was wonderful. The whole place felt fresh and clean. Mary Anne was a great host, and had everything covered! We so appreciated all of her thoughtfulness! And the view of the ocean and the private beach access was perfect! We really enjoyed our time there.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Stephanie's Airbnb! The house was spotless, the neighborhood was quiet, and the check-in process was smooth. Stephanie provided fun card games and a few pool toys to keep everyone busy. We accidently left a few of our belongings in the house after we checked out, and Stephanie allowed us to come back and pick it up. Prior to booking the house, I was concerned the two bathrooms in the house wouldn't be sufficient for my family, but the third bathroom in the cabana was super convenient and clean. Stay here! You won't be disappointed!!!

New, clean and fresh feel, close to restaurants and the beach. Mary was a great communicator and I will look to stay here again when I'm back in town.

We could not have been more pleased with Alex & Emma's! It was immaculately clean, which I rate as the most important attribute when traveling with Airbnb. We appreciated how everything was labeled; it certainly helped when shutting off lights and looking for kitchen items. The neighborhood was great! The purpose of our visit was to assist our son in finding housing for his relocation to the area for a nursing position. Emma graciously offered me some local information about some of the suburbs within Wilmington, which contributed to the success of the housing hunt! That said, we hope to stay at Alex & Emma's again very soon when we visit! It was an absolute pleasure!

Wonderful place! The sandbar was the most amazing part! We loved kayaking around and swimming! We will be back for sure!!

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

Our stay at Nick and Karley's house in Wilmington was perfect and surpassed our expectations. We were able to host a family celebration for our wedding (we married in a private ceremony) and the spot was a great fit for our needs! Our dog loved the big, fenced in backyard and was ecstatic to have a place to run around and get his energy out but still be right in the middle of everything. We utilized just about everything this house had to offer, which is a lot! Very spacious kitchen, bathrooms, etc. You can't tell that this is a "pet friendly" house- in a good way! There wasn't the first sign of any animals previously being here, so it was truly just a bonus to include our dog without having to compromise on the cleanliness of the house. The Host went above and beyond with communication and was truly exceptional with meeting our specific needs. I appreciated the quick, well thought out responses that were offered during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again, 10/10.

What an absolutely amazing week at the most amazing house! Drew’s place was exactly as described! Pictures don’t even do it justice! It had everything we needed and more. We had a few questions during the week Andrew was quick to respond and walk us through any instructions we needed or suggestions. The guidebook when we arrived at the House was super helpful with suggestions for restaurants and other activities! The backyard was super enjoyable and the beach is extremely walkable! We did rent a golf cart, and I would suggest doing that as well for everyone because in fact everyone in the town rents a golf cart and that’s the main mode of transportation around the area. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!!

Great house and location, beach and restaurants are walkable, conveniently located close to everything you’d need. Pool and outdoor area are great for evening and morning before or after the beach.

I had a great 5-day stay at Jennifer’s place! She was incredibly nice and always responded very quickly whenever I had a question or needed something. The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable. It’s also in a convenient location—not far from restaurants and Walmart, which made things really easy during my stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

I loved everything from the outside to the inside. Such a lovely and cozy property! My husband and I slept like babies in that comfy bed!
