Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! You will be close to everything when you stay at this sweet & rustic centrally-located place. It is steps (2 houses) away from the beach, the sound, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! All kinds of fun to be had without using any gas to get there. This spot filled with personality. It is under my home. The house has a very large porch overlooking the ocean you may take advantage of along with the side patio directly out of the door of the apartment This is a basement apartment in an old home
