Bob was very helpful before our arrival and the staff at Hotel International Au Lac bent over backwards to accommodate us. The room is basic but good, the bathroom as described, old but fully functional and clean. Great breakfast buffet! The room fan was great as it was very warm while we were there. Thanks Bob

The location of the Airbnb is perfect and you can reach central Lugano in just a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend Francesca’s apartment for anyone that is visiting Lugano.

Peter is a very warm host, we felt right at home. Everything was great - good communication in advance, exact directions, very friendly welcome. Peter showed us everything and was always helpful and approachable. Everything was sparkling clean. The lovingly prepared, very rich breakfast deserves a big thank you! Although we shared the apartment with Peter, we had perfect privacy. I highly recommend the place! It is located near the train station. Nevertheless, it was pleasantly quiet and green. It was the perfect stay for us!
