Feel at Home Away from Home!

When visiting the Massanutten Resort and surrounding areas, you are welcome to stay at our vacation home. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms the house has plenty of space to accommodate up to ten people. Stay in and relax, or go out and enjoy some of the many activities offered within the resort( 10 min. or less drive from our house). We got the driveway paved in July 2022 and it’s not a problem anymore. If you have EV you could charge it there- NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet outside.

Welcome to Sam's Place: a new, custom built home, located in Massanutten Resort! The home sits on a quiet street, with a flat driveway and plenty of parking, that's close to all of the activities, and includes all of the features that make it feel like home. The home is a 3 bedroom ranch floor plan with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom; and a 3rd bedroom with two, twin-sized beds with twin trundles. Basement features arcade games, ping pong, arcade basketball, and foosball!

I can offer you reduced prices on a week or two of vacation in a luxurious and spacious GOLD CROWN unit in a four seasons resort. All units have been recently remodeled in 2020, 2021 or 2022. You can expect a clean room that includes all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The resort has a mandatory $15.50 daily resort fee per unit payable upon check-in.
