Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
