Limoges is 30 minutes away, Gueret is 25 minutes away, and Châteauroux is 45 minutes away. The house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60 m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with all the necessities for the proper functioning of your stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. Guéret is about 20 minutes away. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. Independent access, and terrace with large garden.

The accommodation is completely separate from the house and guests will be able to enjoy the shared garden as well as a parking space. The predominance of wood and large glass surfaces erode the boundaries between interior and exterior. The shelter is electrically powered by solar panels and the water comes from a source passing through the grounds.
