Holiday rentals with a patio in Mata de São João

The days we spent at Patricia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is quiet, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. The apartment is well equipped, organized, clean, had everything we needed. In addition, Patrícia was super attentive, from the beginning, being always available. We want to go back already. 🌷

We had a great stay! The house is very good, in a great condominium, good beach, we will definitely be back! We were very well taken care of by Tarcísio.

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

We like the place very much, the condominium is great and with super delicious leisure areas to relax. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, in person is even better than the photos, all organized and clean, for sure we will come back more often. It's just not so close to the village and the restaurants, but we managed to walk because to find a car in the village is very difficult and almost impossible. But for the rest, the apartment is impeccable and the condominium is great!!

It was the last stay , super recommend to go with the family. the beaches are near, to go walking or by car. I really liked Jerimum to dine in the evening (pizza) and Zoiao to eat seafood/moqueca. beach I liked the green coast in the tent where Fabiano works, good and fast service. very good to relax and cool the head🤗🏖👏🏽

A comfortable,cozy,clean and organized Ap with a privileged location that directly from the village and from the balcony we were able to admire the marine animals of the take project,me and my family were very happy and passionate about the place that is amazing! The house in Sapiranga is a super cozy and beautiful place, we were very well received by the caretaker Nilson and Mr. Élio, very attentive and helpful people, the house is spacious and cozy, has air-conditioning in all rooms, comfortable beds, clean and fragrant sheets and towels, working appliances, the surroundings are wooded, from 1 to 10, our score is 10 in all aspects, we will certainly return more often!

The Newton space is in the best location of Praia do Forte. Frente Mar, next to Vila, market in front of the concierge. Newton is a 10-note host, very polite, receptive and always willing to make our stay the best. It was delicious days that we spent there.

Alina is an excellent host, easy to communicate with and willing to help. The house is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable and beautiful. The condominium is located within the Sauípe complex, and the walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. Everything is very safe. We really enjoyed our stay! We were also well taken care of by dear Val, who took care of the cleaning and food. The only negative points were a sick kitten that kept entering the house (a recurring issue in the condominium, not the host's fault) and the TV in one of the rooms was defective. But Alina was always willing to try to solve it and that did not hinder our experience. Sauípe is a quiet, very safe place, excellent for families. There is no option for restaurants and markets, the ideal is to shop before you get there. However, next to the condominium there is a Hiperideal container that breaks a branch.

We are very happy with the hosting. The House is very good, in a very safe and wooded place. The high point is to bathe in the pool looking at the trees around embracing the environment. The condo is amazing, with plenty of space for quiet and safe walks bordering a beautiful lagoon and close to the sea. Congratulations for the beautiful space you have!

I went with my family to spend the holiday and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. Lidia is an amazing person, very attentive to her guests, I did not meet her in person, but she left a person responsible to welcome us, but she gave all support for the wpp, always making herself available for questions. A super quiet condominium, a short walk to the beach, which was delicious. Anyway, you can go with your eyes closed that your experience will be of the best.

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, promptly the host responded to me and solved all the requests, as well as a lot of education and proactivity. Vanessa always very helpful and polite and flexible, the atmosphere is very cozy for those looking for a safe, cozy and quiet place, parking inside the condominium and is close to the village of Praia do fort, about 900m. There is a way to walk there, but I recommend walking only in the morning, at night I believe the path is dark, the municipality has an app to park in the streets safely, I recommend the use. The apartment is great, perfect size for two people, utensils needed for cooking, pleasant pool environment, it has a bar where it sells drinks, food and some snacks as an affordable price!

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Bed linens of good quality. The hostess responds quickly. Condo with great infrastructure. We had a problem (upon arrival and after) with the QRCode reader and face reader to access the condominium, which did not work and made us waste a time 3 times. It's not the host's fault, but it bothered us a little bit. I recommend hosting.

Without a doubt, the best property I've ever been able to stay in Imbassai for so many times I've been. Wonderful location close to the river, the beach and restaurants without needing a car. A sensational view. Apartment super equipped with everything you can imagine, from an electric barbecue to several games for family fun. I will definitely be back very soon as it was worth every penny paid for this stay. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!
