Relax on a rocking chair on the back porch when you arrive, or do some quick and easy grilling on the gas grill. There are no checkout requirements so you can focus on your day when you are ready to leave!

This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. 2 sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

The Mulberry House Matagorda

The Mulberry House is centrally located townsite Matagorda, just a minute drive to the harbor, local shopping, small grocery store, excellent fishing and great food. This is a simple cottage that provides a full kitchen, washer and dryer and lots of sleeping area. We have most everything you could need for an at-home feel on your vacation. (Pets may be welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Please note there is a $50 per pet fee.) Come play with us in Matagorda!
