nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le logement de Maria. La terrasse couverte est la plus belle pièce de la maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La plage est à moins de 5 min à pied, par contre attention, pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à marcher, la pente est plutôt raide à remonter. Maria est très réactive et répond très vite aux messages. agia pelagia reste une petite station balnéaire très bien situé pour visiter le Nord de l'île. Belle découverte

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Jeronimo ist ein richtig toller Gastgeber. Sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb der kleinen Soudabucht mit grandiosem Ausblick. Zwei empfehlenswerte Tavernen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch die Bar von Jeronimo ist toll und nicht zu verachten. Wir können die schöne, einfache aber zweckmäßige Unterkunft auf's Wärmste empfehlen.

Vlakbij het strand. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Behulpzame verhuurder. Alles op wandelafstand, auto is enkel nodig voor daguitstappen. Leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is dat het naast een drukke baan ligt met nodige lawaai.

This place and this town are absolutely magical. The 2.5 rooms are very comfortable for a couple. The bed was great and the ac was a welcome relief from the midday heat (early June). Our hosts were so great and generous with accommodation and treats! The Wi-Fi was slow at first but the hosts promptly had it addressed. It was improved after that, though it stayed slightly intermittent as is the case in much of Crete. The veranda was amazing and the location was perfect (off to the side, away from the other tavernas for a bit of quiet). Such a pleasure to be here. One of our all time favorite stays!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience - 5 stars across the board! If you're looking for a quiet exclusive place to stay, that offers all amenities for a great price - this is it. High quality furnishings, perfectly clean, super friendly and attentive host, amazing location just a few steps from the beach, basically no traffic - all you hear is the ambient sound of the sea, great restaurants close by,... the list goes on. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was better than expected! The location was great, we had easy beach access to a relatively quiet part of the beach. There were loads of great restaurants near us and we could walk into the town centre within 35 mins. Lovely amenities and very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and square from our window. Pool was great with a lovely bar. Check-in was very easy and the staff at the hotel were very friendly. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rethimno and looking to have a peaceful area to stay and don’t mind walking into town.

We hebben bijzonder genoten van de locatie en de villa. alle voorzieningen waren zoals beschreven en nieuw. Uitzicht was adembenemend en de villa bood voldoende privacy en rust ondanks dat er drie zelfde villa's naast elkaar staan. Strandje, restaurants en supermarkt waren op loopafstand. Dus we hadden geen huurauto nodig. Plaatsje Agia Pelagia was ook op loopafstand. Is nog redelijk traditioneel Grieks vissersdorp maar wel redelijke toeristisch. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad waarbij de host, weliswaar op afstand en zonder persoonlijk contact, steeds online actief was, snel reageerde en proactief informatie verschafte.

Wat een heerlijke eerste vakantie met onze dochter van 14 maanden! Ons verblijf in de luxe villa overtrof echt al onze verwachtingen – in werkelijkheid is het nóg mooier dan op de foto’s. Georgia, de verhuurster, was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld: babybedje, buggy, commode en zelfs een autostoel stonden al klaar. Toen we aangaven dat de stopcontacten precies op ooghoogte van onze kleine zaten, werd deze feedback tot onze verrassing de volgende dag opgevolgd en zijn de stopcontacten kindveilig gemaakt. Hoewel er net voor onze aankomst een flinke zandstorm was geweest, was daar niets meer van te merken. Alles was brandschoon en hygiënisch. Dankzij de geweldige service, warme ontvangst en prachtige accommodatie voelden we ons meteen thuis. Het was onze eerste keer op Kreta, maar zeker niet de laatste – we raden deze plek van harte aan!

Wat een fantastische ervaring hebben wij gehad tijdens ons verblijf in deze prachtige villa in Zuid-Kreta! Alles overtrof onze verwachtingen. Vanaf het moment van aankomst viel meteen op hoe extreem netjes en hygiënisch alles was. De villa was werkelijk brandschoon en tot in de kleinste details verzorgd. Alles wat je maar kunt bedenken was aanwezig – van keukengerei tot strandlakens – waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden en volledig konden ontspannen. De gastvrijheid van de gastheer was buitengewoon. Hij was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, gaf ons geweldige tips over de omgeving en zorgde ervoor dat het ons werkelijk aan niets ontbrak. Wat een warm welkom en service! Ook de ligging van de villa is absoluut een pluspunt: prachtig in een rustige omgeving, met schitterend uitzicht en toch dicht bij de mooiste stranden en charmante dorpjes. Kortom, wij hebben een droomvakantie gehad. Een bijzonder woord van dank aan de gastheer voor de perfecte ontvangst.

Don't miss the opportunity to stay here, meeting the cute cats ( please feed them :), enjoy the surrondings and if you like to swim, the beach just 10 minutes walking distance is perfect for you. I swam 5 kilometers and enjoyed after that the beautiful bar and restaurant close to the house. RECOMMENDED!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Calma. Antonis war ein äußerst aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber. Schon bei unserer Ankunft hat er uns persönlich begrüßt – mit köstlichem Essen und erfrischenden Getränken. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über das liebevoll ausgesuchte Abschiedsgeschenk. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der private Pool war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal. Der Ort lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und viele gute Restaurants. Auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar – das flache Wasser eignet sich perfekt für Kinder. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Nobles Appartement mit viel Platz. Innerhalb einer Neubaugegend mit Meerblick in zweiter Reihe. Villen drumherum werden noch fertiggestellt, sehen aber auch unfertig chic aus wegen des Natursteins. Gute Betten! Ruhige Gegend. Alles vorhanden zum Selbstversorgen: Küche groß und perfekt. Elisabeth kümmert sich hervorragend um das Anwesen und die Gäste. Restaurants und Ort fußläufig. Gerne wieder!

een vriendelijk en persoonlijk ontvangst. geen kluisje met een nummer, maar gewoon een persoonlijke overhandiging van de sleutel en uitleg van apparatuur. kwamen laat aan, maar de host had al wat brood, beleg en een fles water geregeld. heerlijk aankomen dus. vaatwasser en wasmachine inbegrepen, dus kon lekker hardlopen en de vuile kleding hup de wasmachine in gooien. host vroeg halverwege de vakantie nog hoe het ging en of we nog iets nodig hadden. locatie is geweldig en snorkelen voor de deur in de zee. het ontbrak aan niets.

Un véritable petit coin de paradis ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce logement idéalement situé, littéralement les pieds dans l’eau. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse — un rêve éveillé dès le réveil. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, très propre, décoré avec goût et extrêmement confortable. L’hôte a été chaleureux, réactif et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Chaque détail est pensé pour que l’on se sente comme chez soi, mais en mieux ! Entre les baignades au lever du soleil, les apéros face au coucher du soleil, et la sérénité du lieu, c’était tout simplement magique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour cette parenthèse enchantée ! 😁

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die nach Ruhe und einem privaten Zugang zum Strand suchen. Das Haus ist modern und gut ausgestattet, mit einer herrlichen Terrasse, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und das Meer bietet. Der Strand, der nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, ist besonders schön und bietet eine entspannende Atmosphäre in einer abgelegenen Bucht – perfekt für ein ruhiges Bad oder einfach zum Entspannen am Wasser. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Es wird empfohlen, ein Fahrzeug mit SUV zu haben, um die steilere Zufahrtsstraße zur Unterkunft problemlos bewältigen zu können, wie der freundliche Eigentümer Giorgos erklärt hat. Giorgos selbst ist äußerst hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste von Anfang an wohl und gut betreut fühlen. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft der ideale Ort für einen erholsamen und ungestörten Urlaub in einer idyllischen Lage mit direktem Strandzugang!

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! Wir wurden sehr nett und gastfreundlich empfangen, es wurde die Wohnung gezeigt, Obst und Getränke bereitgestellt. Die Gastgeberin reagierte immer sehr schnell auf Fragen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der blitzsauberen Wohnung, die sehr gut ausgestattet war. Zu Fuß waren es ca 100 Meter bis zum Sandstrand am sehr schönen Meer. Zudem waren sehr gute Restaurants zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Ein gelungener Urlaub und immer weiter zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Studio mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Es gibt im selben Haus gleich nebenan noch ein Studio zu mieten und unten eine Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man kann zu Fuss an den Strand, oder zu den Tavernen im Dorf. Allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil (Parkmöglichkeit gleich vor dem Haus).
