We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Teresa and Peter’s place. Having a second bedroom for our 15 month old to sleep in worked out well. Teresa had kindly placed some breakfast items in the fridge for us and Denver the dog would constantly drop fresh avocados outside our door. The tree-lined driveway ushers you up a hill to the main house and detached apartment that has magnificent views over the countryside towards the Kaimai Ranges from the lounge and main bedroom . The large wooden deck is a great place to relax and take in the scenery after a long drive. Matamata has a good choice of restaurants just 5 mins away. I highly recommend this AirBnB. It is clean, modern, well appointed and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

Chris was a lovely host, the unit is compact and comfortable and has all of your basic amenities. My kids loved the spa pool, nothing better than unwinding in a hot tub after a long day of sightseeing! would definitely love to come back and stay in the future, maybe our next visit to hobbiton.

The Black Shed is more like an apartment, nicely furnished and perfect for somewhere quiet on our long journey Kerikeri to Wellington. Rural but close to town for an evening meal!

It was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. It was close to the Windows walk and the tunnel, enabling us to ride our bikes to Waihi.

This was a lovely, peaceful farm stay. The converted shipping containers make an excellent set up for singles or couples. It's quick to get into Te Aroha for cafes, hiking and the hot springs.

Wendy's place was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, I would absolutely want to stay again. The area is beautiful and peaceful with lovely walks nearby. We appreciated the toys left for our children and the personal touches.

What a wonderful place. We loved our time at Jan's lovely retreat. The setting was absolutely beautiful. Jan was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!

A lovely little cottage at a great location. Andrew was a great host. It was dark and pouring with rain when we arrived, and Andrew had the heatpump on and door unlocked for us.

Great place situated very close to the Ocean in a fantastic area. The daily walks on the beach is very good for body and soul and the facilities are perfect. The area opens up so many options, that it can’t be described - just look it up and go for it.

We stayed in Cambridge as it was a central point for our family's NZ excursions. It was the perfect spot. Anita was friendly and helpful and answered all of my queries immediately.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.
