Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Matanzas

A wonderful stay in Varadero! The house has all the necessary amenities: it is very clean, comfortable and perfect for cooking — something we did often and we always found everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest very well. The outdoor space is spacious, shaded and very pleasant, ideal for relaxing, and the outdoor shower was a great plus when returning from the beach. These are small details that really improve the experience. The Internet connection was the most limited, but this is a general issue in Cuba, not just at the house. Even so, most of the time we manage to connect without any problems. We also want to highlight Dallis, who was instrumental with the daily cleaning and always extremely kind. And Vivian, who was always available to help us with everything we needed. We left with the feeling of leaving a family behind. We will definitely be back here. ❤️

Very good stay in Veradero in this accommodation with terrace and 2 steps from the beach! Edianys helped us organize our return trip and provided various recommendations. She also allowed us to stay later than the scheduled checkout time so that we could enjoy our stay until the arrival of our taxi to the airport, which was very much appreciated!

This was our seconded visit here and we plan to return in the future. The property has beautiful garden covered patios and perfect for having breakfast and visiting. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, and information regarding money exchange and transportation. The property is located in a nice neighborhood with clean streets and walks that have street lighting at night.

The house is just like the pictures. Very comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the doorway with the armchairs. I loved that each room had its independence, each with its own bathroom. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, very well equipped. The beach walking three steps. There was a lot of peace of mind in the neighborhood. We will definitely repeat

There were helpers in the house. Omar and his wife offered all the facilities they could to make us have a comfortable holiday. Warm, helpful. The house is very tidy and clean. Great seafront view and location. Omar is a fisherman. He can treat the fish he holds. They found a solution with a generator for the electricity that occurred in Varedero.

The house was beautifully maintained and very close to the beach! Javier was so helpful, trustworthy and took care of all our needs very well. Fully recommend staying here!

Felipe’s and Maria’s accommodation is TOP! Felipe is very proactive- will help you with everything. He gave us many useful infos and tips for trips, restaurants etc. the accommodation is clean, close to beach and in very good neighborhood. He will help you organize trips. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thanks to Felipe and Maria our trip was perfect!

Claudia welcomed us in Matanzas and was very friendly and helpful. The flat was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the rooms spacious. The roof top was very cool and inviting to spend time in the evening. There are many good restaurants in walking distance and it‘s just a thirty minutes drive to Varadero. Fully recommended!

Beautiful, clean accommodation in a quiet and quiet area, with the possibility of breakfast on the terrace with sea views. There was nothing missing in the house: there was also shampoo and body soap, in addition to soap in the bathroom, which is not common in private homes in Cuba, but the thing I appreciated the most was the friendliness and availability, for any advice and help we needed, of the host Amaryllis, who made us feel like at home, in our short stay in Matanzas. This is a very nice clean comfortable place to stay. Very close to the main centre of Boca near lots of restaurants and the waterfront. Mario and his wife were extremely helpful to me and my husband. We had the flu and he gave us some medication. Also gave me a ride to the airport. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. Thank you 🙏

Location is very good, in a quiet area, few mins to the beach. Apartment is as described and showed in pictures. Host is very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Very good place. No inconveniences and I liked the cleanliness (bathroom and room). Arnalado and his family are very friendly and give good recommendations. There is an electric plant.
