Condo holiday rentals in Matera

Très bien placé par rapport à la vieille ville de Matera.. Nous avons garé la voiture et tout fait à pied. un peu compliqué de s'inscrire sur le site pour payer la taxe de séjour

Ceck-in in completa autonomia comodissimo ed intuitivo. Appartamento pulitissimo, ordine impeccabile e ben arredato stile minimalista. Posizione a dir poco strategica: come attraversi la strada sei praticamente nel cuore di Matera dove trovi panetteria, mini market, mercato di frutta e verdura e pesce. Emanuele risponde ad ogni domanda nel giro di poco e ci ha anche consigliato un ristorante carinissimo dove abbiamo degustato le prelibatezze del posto ad un prezzo ragionevole. Super consigliato. P.s a disposizione c’è anche il necessario per una prima colazione e la tisana della sera.

Wir haben 3 Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft verbracht und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr toll gelegen und Pasquale konnte uns zusätzlich viele hilfreiche Tipps für Matera geben. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war fußläufig erreichbar.

We had an amazing stay at this location in Matera. It is only a five minute walk to the main old town square, and only 20 minutes walk across town. We were able to access the entire town of Matera on foot very comfortably. The flat was charming, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group. Would recommend this stay!

The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute drive close to the heart of Matera, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself remains quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Claudia’s attention to detail is evident, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. What truly made my stay memorable was Claudia’s exceptional hospitality. She was always available for any questions, offering helpful local tips and making sure everything was perfect. I felt truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. If you’re visiting Matera, I highly recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely return!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet appartement décoré façon artiste . Très chouette ! En retrait, donc calme et on peut se rendre à pied au centre. Un peu de difficulté pour trouver un stationnement mais avec de la chance...on y arrive ! On aurait aimé voir Antonella mais elle n'était sans doute pas disponible?

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento di Laura. L'alloggio è curato, confortevole e grande, i letti molto comodi. Un ringraziamento al Sig. Angelo, co host e papà di Laura che ci ha accolti con cortesia e gentilezza facendoci trovare anche un gradito pensiero. Se capiterà l'occasione torneremo. Grazie

More than perfect! The unit was newly refinished, but with the amazing touches of vintage items giving the space an authentic feel, but new and stylish at the same time! Located literally steps away from the center of town, yet felt like I was in a small group of homes among wonderful neighbors. I enjoyed moving the table over toward the balcony to do my work and watching the neighbors go about their daily life. Two times a week a van comes by the neighborhood and sells fresh mozzarella, which I took full advantage of! It was really such an authentic, comfortable stay I can't wait to come back! Michela was very helpful answering any questions I had and gave me helpful tips for what to see on my stay. Highly recommend!!

Siamo stati accolti molto bene nella casa della signora Tina e del signor Vittorio, persone molto educate, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto calorosamente, spiegato bene le caratteristiche dell’appartamento, ci hanno fatto trovare l’occorrente per la prima colazione e le cose basilari che servono in casa.Avendosoggiornato per Natale ci ha fatto molto piacere trovare la casa addobbata.L’appartamento e’ grande , molto comodo in una posizione tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio. Sotto casa c’è la fermata dell’autobus per il centro, a 300 m. si trova una fornita panetteria e due supermercati,farmacia ,un bar tabacchi,un alimentari.Peccato che avendo soggiornato in inverno, non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina e del giardino.Consigliamo quest’appartamento per soggiornare a Matera.Sicuramente la prossima volta in cui verremo a Matera , ritorneremo molto volentieri a Domus Angela

Non abbiamo conosciuto direttamente il sig. Giacinto, ma si è dimostrato una persona corretta e affidabile nel gestire il soggiorno online. Ottima posizione, ammobiliato con cura dei particolari e con ottima pulizia. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend piacevole che sicuramente consiglieremo a chi vorrà trascorrere alcuni giorni nell’incantevole Matera

Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez Salvatore car non seulement le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description avec une climatisation silencieuse dans la chambre, non négligeable mais notre hôte s'est montré prévenant et a une vraie source d'information sur les lieux incontournables à voir dans la province de Tarente (restaurants, plages...) Merci à lui. Nous n'oublierons pas ce séjour à Ginosa !😍

A very modern ,clean and pretigous apartment situated in the heart of Cassano. A quiet and peaceful town with only 30 min drv to Bari. Nunzio is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond with recommendations of local sights and cuisines , he is very proud of his locality and region and wants all his guest to get the maximum experience. I highly recommend this establishment for all its facilities, tranquil surroundings topped off by a fantastic host. thank you Nunzio.

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich ☺️ tolle Wohnung, tolle Umgebung, super Pizzeria direkt zwei Häuser weiter, super Bäcker die Straße runter und ein tolles Kaffe um die Ecke.

L’appartement d’Alessandro est parfait ! Il est très proche de cafés et restaurants et bien situé pour découvrir la région. Alessandro est un hôte très réactif et toujours disponible.

Francesco was very helpful and provided great recommendations. The place is really great, specially for the price we paid. It has lots of room, nice balcony, and good internet. We were really confortable. At first I was a bit worried about the parking because we had 2 cars, but the parking was not an issue. Even though the parking is in the street, it is right in front of the property, and there are lots of spaces, so no need to worry about that. Also, it is very safe.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed the apartment. It was really spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast provided by Antoinetta. The location was very nice as well, quiet and full of parking, 20 minutes to the old town by foot.

We had a great stay at her place. Very comfortable and good location. 10 min walk from the old district. Would stay again.

Thanks to the host, we’ve had an amazing week in Cassano. The apartment was exactly the same, as presented on the photos; super clean, cozy and fully equipped (even with cooking supplies). The host was always there to help us with anything regarding restaurants recommendations, places to visit, but also with any extra stuff that we needed during our stay. The room was cleaned every 2 days and providing new towels. Overall, one of our best stays in an Airbnb apartments so far! Thank you guys!
