Renovated house in the heart of Matignon, not overlooked, set back from the street, with terrace overlooking small enclosed garden. Two bedrooms, (one double bed and 2 single beds convertible into a double bed). Equipped kitchen open to living/dining room (dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction stove, classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto etc.). Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Shops nearby – Large market on Wednesday mornings. Located 5 km from the beaches. Pets not allowed.

La Pigrière: in the countryside, 5 min from the beaches, 2-4 people

Close to the village of Matignon (2 km), close to the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (4 km) and at the foot of a greenway (bike path). The first beaches are 5 minutes away. You can visit the Emerald Coast: Cap Frehel, Fort La Latte and stroll along the GR 34. Located 20 minutes from Dinard and 30 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinan.

Equipped house, capacity for 1 to 7 people. 2 nights min in low season, 5 nights in July/August. We were unable to retrieve the previous reviews (4.9/5 with 403 rentals) but are committed to guaranteeing you the best experience!

Country cottage – 4 to 6 people

Located in Pléboulle and accommodating up to 6 guests. It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen and large living room (sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and toilet). You can also enjoy a wooded plot of about 2 hectares on which frolic goats, sheep, ponies... Nearby: Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, Cap d'Erquy... We are located on the Vélomaritime.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
