Apartment holiday rentals in Matrei in Osttirol

Stefan and his mother and father have created a wonderful place and experience in Sesto/Sexten! I really enjoyed my 6-day stay. Stefan's bread each morning is something to look forward to. And Herbert, his father, was wonderful at giving helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The view alone from the balcony was worth the stay. The room itself had everything I needed including a great kitchen area. Supermarkets are just a couple blocks away and, as a visitor, the free bus pass is really useful even if you have a car along with you. The location is also great as a base for the numerous hikes in the area - and there are many beautiful spots to see here. Looking forward to returning again one day for another visit!

Michael ist ein Top Gastgeber. Seit Team unterstützt super vor Ort und ist jederzeit erreichbar - man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist total schön und warm. Ich empfehle es vor allem Familien, da alles auch kindgerecht eingerichtet ist (Babybett ist vorhanden, ebenso wie extra Gitter vor der Treppe). In der Küche ist alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt, vorhanden. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, wie es auf dem Land eben ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen hoffentlich wieder.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and discreet. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the apartment was fantastic. The location is perfect for shopping and also for visiting Italy, which is nearby. The town of Lienz offers all amenities and is a pleasant place to explore. We would love to come back. 5*

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter 1,5 Jahre alt, für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön und es hat uns super gefallen. Alles war super beschrieben und problemlos. Uns wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt, weshalb wir dies glücklicherweise nicht von zuhause mitbringen mussten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir haben den Urlaub, den wir dringend brauchten, sehr genossen. Wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Thomas und Thomas, haben sich und ihren Besuchern ein Traumparadies geschaffen. Ein super schönes, sehr sauberes Studio. Ein Ort wo man sich gleich zu Hause fühlt. Die Bilder sagen alles, da sie haargenau stimmen. Man bekommt sofort eine Antwort und tolle Tipps. Wir konnten diese traumhafte Unterkunft nur einen Tag genießen, da wir aus familiären Gründen nach Hause reisen mussten. Kann man zu 100 Prozent empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

About 40mins from Lake Misurina (The place to get parking and a bus for Tri Cime if you dont have a spot booked at the top) and about the same distance from Lago di Braies this location is very peaceful on its own little village. We came with our own groceries but there is a small Spar nearby and a pizzeria (The venue has food and beverage at an extra cost) Over all the space was brilliant in terms of design and host was great. We enjoyed the sauna at an extra cost. If you work remote the wifi was very fast over 120mps (great for calls) but also 5g is good here.

Markus ist ein wirklich toller Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause bei Ihm! Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft hoch über den Bergen wärmstens empfehlen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge am "schönsten Ende der Welt". Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Die Gastgeber Conni und Christian sind herzensgute Menschen, bei denen man sich sofort heimelig fühlt und die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Man merkt einfach, dass sie mit Hingabe dabei sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden das Basecamp definitiv weiterempfehlen und sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Gastgeberin Christine war stets erreichbar, eine sehr positive, lustige und offene Person. Ein flexibler Check-In und Check-Out. Wir haben uns alle gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Eine blitz saubere Wohnung, TOP gepflegt, Hochwertige Küchen Utensilien, Bad ist komplett renoviert und sehr sauber. Wir wurden mit Süßigkeiten und Getränken empfangen. Christine ist eine super Gastgeberin, stets um alles bemüht. Die Lage ist TOP, es fährt ein direkter kostenloser Bus zur Lift Zettersfeldbahn. Im Keller gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Ski/ Schuhe etc. in einem separater Raum abzustellen. Preis Leistung ist wirklich super. Wir werden auf jeden fall öfters kommen, auch zum wandern und zum Wochenende Trip, da es noch einen kleinen Garten gibt mit Liegestühlen und einem kleinen Teich. Kurz und knapp, einfach wunderschön.

Ein ganz herzliches Danke von uns, Sabine und Lorenz sind perfekte Gastgeber. Die Aussicht war umwerfend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und rund 2,5km oberhalb von Reischach, die Bergbahn zum Kronplatz schnell erreichbar und Brötchenservice zum Frühstück zuverlässig und fein. Es war rundum eine wunderbare Erfahrung hier Gast gewesen sein zu dürfen. Wir kommen sicher wieder🥰!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

一栋面对圣沃尔夫冈湖的小屋，阳台的风景非常的好，房间也很宽敞干净，厨房设备、厨具一应俱全，地段就在圣沃尔夫冈peter 酒店旁边，很方便，圣沃尔夫冈小镇也非常的美，住了三天，非常喜欢这里，去草甸，山顶，湖区徒步，太爱这里了，下次来一定多住几天，因为语言问题，没有和房东有太多的沟通，但是他为我们办理了圣沃尔夫冈的vip卡，乘坐火车，骑车，轮船类交通有一些小小的折扣

We loved our apartment. Fantastic location, short drive from town and so peaceful and quiet. Spacious and comfortable. Good variety of utensils for self catering. Hosts were charming and friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and could have stayed longer. A tip for parking in Mittersil, a parking card is necessary to avoid a fine - from experience :(. 100% recommend this accommodation for lovers of hiking and outdoors.

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Anton und Birgit sind super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben und die Anmeldung für die Urlaubs Karte direkt gemacht. Dadurch konnten wir ein mal kostenlos auf den Großglockner fahren. Und auch bei jeder weiteren fahrt war es deutlich rabattiert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Großglockner Hochalpenstraße und ist dennoch ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für Aktivitäten am Großglockner. Die Wohnung war Sauber und Top ausgestattet. Anton und Birgit haben uns auch noch Frische Milch direkt vom ihrem Bauernhof gegeben ohne Aufpreis und für alles weitere mussten wir nur fragen und haben sofort alles bekommen was wir brauchten. Wir sehr kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die Tolle Zeit bei euch 😊👍

Great place, host was very kind and answers our every question. We were on our honeymoon and received proseco and rose petals.Beautyfull view from the balcony, well equipped. We will come back here for sure.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

We were debating between a few places and weren’t completely sure, but we’re so glad we went with this one. The location is fantastic—lots of great hiking nearby, and the town is charming. We also had way more snow here than other spots in the area, which was a nice surprise. The place was super well-stocked with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were also really responsive. All in all, we had an awesome stay and can’t wait to come back.

Não temos palavras para descrever o quanto amamos nos hospedar no apartamento de Hannes e Claudia. Desde o primeiro contato aqui, sempre solícitos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ao chegarmos Hannes nos recebeu e além de apresentar o apartamento, nos deu dicas do que fazer na região, apresentou onde ficava supermercado, padaria e passeios (tudo muito perto). Estamos impressionados positivamente com a limpeza do local e além disse do modo como Hannes e Claudia pensaram em absolutamente tudo (tinha talheres, panelas, banheira quente…) um local super completo. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes e indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares. Obrigada pela excelente estadia. Fizeram da nossa viagem ainda mais incrível!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back

Wir haben wundervolle 6 Tage in Südtirol verbracht und mit dem Chalet Rueper Hof den perfekten Rückzugsort für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Die überwältigende Aussicht, die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sowie die Gastfreundschaft von Bettina (und Oswald) haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Das optional buchbare Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders fehlen werden uns auch die täglichen Streicheleinheiten bei den hofeigenen Ziegen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
