The traditional wooden building, finished without a single nail, was completed by a renowned architect and a master carpenter. It is a calm space where you can feel the warmth of the craftsmanship. The strong yet delicate wooden frame, natural light through the shoji, and the shadows created by Isamu Noguchi's AKARI lighting create a beautiful fusion of tradition and modernity. The interior walls are made of Tosa plaster by artisans. You can have a comfortable stay regardless of the season, surrounded by the scent of cedar and cypress. The size is 195 ㎡. There are 4 Japanese-style rooms with 8 tatami mats that can accommodate up to 10 people. This place is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty and tranquility of Japan. 私たちが暮らしている町にある、もう一つの家をお貸ししています。テレビはない代わりに、グランドピアノと絵本と、窓いっぱいの森があります。 8weeks Fujimiは富士見パノラマリゾートの麓にひっそりと佇む一軒家。 日中は小川のせせらぎと高原の爽やか風の音に耳を澄ませ、夜は温かい飲み物を片手に、月の光を眺める。ログハウス調の内装でグランドピアノのある別荘は、非日常でありながらも、どこか馴染みのある空間を演出します。 2020年に都市部から当時1歳の娘と移住した私たちは、富士見町に魅了され、8週間で移住を決断しました。豊かな自然の中で贅沢な時間を過ごし、8週間が経つ頃には「この町に住み続けよう」と思うようになっていたのです。お客様にも「ここにいたい」と思えるような時間を過ごして頂きたいという願いから“8weeks”と名付けました。 6歳の娘と暮らしてきた家ですので、小さなお子様も安心してお過ごし頂けます。落としたり、ぶつかったりしそうなものは極力置かないように配慮しており、絵本や楽器・玩具も各種取り揃えております。
