House holiday rentals in Matthews

This was our first experience at an Airbnb. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and the backyard with the pool was absolutely relaxing and amazing. This will be our location of choice when we return to Charlotte to visit family.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Great host. Always very responsive. Close location to Quail Hollow. 5 minute Uber. Inside was clean and spacious.

Mario was so wonderful! We stayed for several weeks due to work and he made it stress free and was flexible with our schedule. House was just as described and we had immediate assistance with any questions. Highly recommend!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

Great listing and was exactly how it was listed. Very beautiful home and was very clean. Nallely was very kind and helpful. Very flexible with check in which was super nice.

This home was exactly as described, clean, roomy. The house numbers were lit up at night making it easier to find in a neighborhood after dark. Everything was there that was needed. A wonderful surprise was fresh flowers on the dining room table, live plants placed around in the living room. A flower garden out back in perfect bloom. The best part was communication, pleasant, friendly, they even gave us the cell number just in case we needed something. Should I be in this area again, there would be no hesitation to book with them again.

Our stay was wonderful!! The house was big enough for our family(plus fur child) daughter's family,and my mom. Loved the big kitchen, all the bedrooms, bathrooms, pool table and fireplace. It was nice having a carport to be able to unload our groceries since a pop-up thunderstorm decided to happen when we went to grocery store. We came for the Metallica concert- but hoping to be able to come again and visit some more of surrounding areas of Charlotte- and would love to stay again at the Wesley House!! (Son loved Wesley in the backyard)

Nice house for a group of people in a pretty secluded neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, great hosts!

The host was very responsive and the Airbnb is in a fantastic area. I've been lucky to have great Airbnb accomodations and hosts in the past. Nivedita may possibly be the best host I've experienced.

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

Marie’s place was amazing. Really liked the beach theme in the whole house. The backyard was nice to sit around in the evening. I would definitely be back at the place.

Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

Stephen’s home was beautiful well kept and very clean. Conveniently located in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Yard and sunroom are fantastic features.

We had a construction team staying at the home with access to their site. Place was quiet and relaxing compared to usually staying in a hotel. Host was great, responsive and professional. Home was perfect and recommend: we would stay there again.

We fell in love with NoDa during this trip! It’s the perfect walkable family (and pup) friendly neighborhood. This place was just what we needed-traveling with our dog and infant we prioritized per friendly placed with an actual separate bedroom space; a rare find in this neighborhood! Easy access to the light rail and plenty of restaurants and breweries. Everything was clean and inviting inside for us, too!

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Eyla's place was fantastic, there plenty of room to accommodate all of us. It's location was within 30 minutes of everything that we did while we were there. The neighborhood was beautiful and my wife and step daughter got to go out and catch fireflies one evening. As a host Eyla was very responsive, always responding within 20 minutes of a message being sent. She even set us up to check in an hour early since we made really good time getting there. If we head to that part of NC again I will definitely be looking to rent from Eyla again.
