The apartment is situated in a family house on the 1th floor and has its own separate entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with Queen bed wich has a small terace. Living room has a pull sofa which allows sleeping two more persons. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, a frige, coffee maschine, disches etc… Bathroom includes washing machine, hair dryer. Apartman Maro also offers accomodation with a Tv, Free WIFI...The nearest airport is 8km from our apartment. We speak German, Italian, and English.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the family house. Surrounded by old oak and olive trees in a private Mediterranean house with a large garden around is a perfect match for couples, families, business people and everyone who wants to take a break in a green and peaceful surrounding. It is the only apartment in the house.

Cosy two bedroom apartment in a family home

A new, modern and cozy apartment accommodates 4 people and is located in a small town Kastav. Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.
