POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. A few host items will be in the house and kitchen. 40mins to the black water rafting in Waitomo Caves. 25mins from Hobbiton and the set of the lord of the rings.

Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. Signal Ridge Cottage is a renovated and modern little cottage, located on a working dairy farm 14km from Matamata. Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home. Enjoy the toast, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, fruit and milk provided for breakfast on the first morning of your stay as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use.

We welcome you to our relaxed and peaceful accommodation, 2km from the main street in Te Kūiti. We are a working farm, where we live onsite with our family, and have accommodation to share with you. The accommodation is set amongst our home and main gardens. Stay here to experience the beauty of rural New Zealand living, with stunning views, yet being located close to town. The spacious deck and outdoor lounge allow you to spread out and make yourself at home.

Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles.
