Cabin holiday rentals in Maupin

We mostly used it as a place to wind down for the night after being out all day. With a hot tub by the creek, barbecue grill, and plenty of places to relax in the large living area, it worked great for our purposes. It's nice and quiet after around 9pm. I rested very well out here. Nice place to stay.

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

Nice cabin in a great spot by a creek. Enjoyed having a bonfire and having plenty of sleeping areas. We were all very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Chalet! Had everything we needed! Awesome outdoor space & hot tub. Clear instructions & responsiveness. Beautiful interior & held all 8 of us very nicely! Loved all the hooks & shoe storage. Everything you could need! Loved our stay! Downside it was raining all weekend so no mountain views for us, but what can you do about it? Classic oregon. Would definitely recommend! Cozy and well stocked! Loved the outdoor lights too!

This home is just amazing! Like others have said, it is bigger than it looks in the listing. The primary bedroom is extremely comfortable and the perfect vibe for relaxing at the end of the day. Great mattresses throughout. The living room - honestly sooo cozy! The kitchen is adorable and functional. The backyard provides privacy and it seems like you're in your own little sanctuary, even with neighbors near by. The hot tub is absolutely perfect and no issues with temperature. I spent most of my time out on the deck and enjoyed every minute of it. Very quick walk down the gravel road to access the river where we enjoyed some time rock hounding and dipping our toes. All and all, it is very clear the owners put much thought and care into this home, even down to the smallest details. We loved our stay!

Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay! The cabin had absolutely everything we needed. The children loved the loft (and the Wi-Fi), my husband and I enjoyed the quick walk to town for fantastic restaurants and coffee. Host was super helpful and responsive when I couldn't figure out how to turn the heater off (I'm bad with remotes 🤣). Jetted tub was perfect after a day of spring skiing. The proximity to Ski Bowl is great and has me planning a winter getaway here. A perfect home base for all of your Mount Hood area adventures.

Gorgeous setting close to Mt Hood hiking and snow parks. Lots of restaurants and stores within 30 minutes. The residence is dated and rustic but the setting is gorgeous!!! A pretty little meadow with a huge view. The furniture is comfortable and the residence was kept clean. Firewood was provided.

Beautiful location! The House had everything we needed and more. lots of little extras like robes, lotion, slippers, ice... We also ran into the owner while checking in and were gifted 3 bottles of the wineries wine which added even more to my birthday celebration. Thanks so much. We all had an amazing time!

Perfect spot to walk and enjoy peek a boo views of the lake bonus was the herd of resident deer. Charming cabin and quant little yard area.

We enjoyed staying here! It was very cozy, and the surrounding area was quite beautiful with a few walking trails for the community. There were lots of practical touches to keep the warmth inside and everything was charmingly decorated, including the gnomes outside. The hot tub was great, but check the temp you want before you're ready to get in. We also loved the reclining couch. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great house, great location and sparkling clean! At first, we were thinking that there is nowhere to walk our dog. We like very long walks at least three times a day. Next day we found the pass to the other part of the neighborhood with unlimited amount of trails along the river and in the forest. It is just couple minutes away from the house. Our favorite forest entrance is the one dedicated to Ladybug dog. It is a very nice pass to the river. The living room has big enough table for the board games nights. I see that some people complain about the mattress. It is memory foam one. You either like this type or you don’t in general. It worked perfectly for me, though my husband complained it is too soft for him. Kids really liked upstairs beds. The house also equipped with everything for the dogs. We didn’t need it as we bring everything for our pup as we travel a lot and many houses don’t have dog items. You will find: bowls, towels, poop bags, etc. Thank you for having us!

Place was a great location right in government camp close to everything( hikes, spring skiing, restaurants ) and decently close to hood river and if you wanted to make a day trip to the coast you can do so and be back in the same day ! Would recommend

Such a charming and peaceful location, just a few minutes down the road from groceries, a couple cafes, and Mt Hood, but felt much more remote, in a good way.

The cabin was perfect. It was so relaxing. It rained the whole time we were there and even that was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and if you didn’t feel like cooking, there are restaurants nearby. Wonderful anniversary getaway.

Truly one of the best Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure to stay in! Everything was perfect, and the host's are incredibly thoughtful with how they stock the Airbnb. So private and in the most ideal location for commuting to any Gorge activities. Waking up and seeing the view of the river from the bed is just unbeatable! We will definitely be back!

We celebrated my 30th birthday here and were very impressed by how cozy and welcoming the home is. The covered hot tub was a major plus, especially since it was raining for part of our stay. It was lovely to relax in the hot tub while listening to the rain and when it wasn't raining, we could hear the river too. The walk down to the trails/river was a little farther than I anticipated (I have a spinal cord injury so short walks feel like long ones) but for the average person, the trails are very close to the house. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to escape the city for a few days. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Greg and Sandra!!

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s cabin. It was way more spacious than we even expected from the pictures which was a nice surprise. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There are a couple flights of stairs (if you’re traveling with a baby or someone elderly) but was totally fine for us. The location is very convenient. It was so nice that snowshoes and hiking poles are provided, though the trails were packed down enough that we didn’t use them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin or book another stay here!

Lovely, responsive hosts and a very sweet little home to spend time in and around with my two kids after a stressful time in our lives recently. Beautiful paths nearby we played in with our dog that wound around with "secret" cottages to spot along the way. House was well stocked and cozy. The kids asked repeatedly if we could "come back to stay at this exact house" again soon, the ultimate compliment.
