Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, pretty village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantal volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery, medical office, gas station). 2-star cottage renovated in 2018 in the home of the owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Le Moulin Nature Lodge – 1/2 people

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

My house is close to a small village, it is ideally located to discover all the beauty of our department (Waterfalls, mountains, villages, castles, rivers, visits and walks, cheeses). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and amenities of the house. A private courtyard is there to enjoy the outdoors. The house has been completely renovated for its interior, only the facades still need a refresh. High speed fiber optic internet.

Mon logement est proche du centre-ville (tous commerces, restaurants, cinéma...), plage à 2 km. Convient aux couples, voyageurs en solo ou voyageurs d'affaires. Le quartier est calme. Terrain clos, terrasse aménagée pour les repas en extérieur, nous habitons au dessus du logement mais faisons preuve de la plus grande discrétion possible. Looking for a cozy, warm and functional place to spend a few days in our pretty department of Cantal? We will be delighted to host you in our pretty 32 m2 studio rated 3 stars. There is a fully equipped integrated kitchen, a nice bathroom, a sofa bed with a quality mattress and a table for 4 people. Guests can also take advantage of the pretty covered private courtyard for lunch or lounging on one of our deckchairs.

THE MILANS

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

Renovated stone house

Traditional Cantal house, with exposed stones and beams, completely renovated to modern tastes. At the gates of Mauriac and surrounded by meadows, you will find the tranquility of the countryside with all the amenities of the city: indoor and outdoor pool in summer, supermarkets, cinema, media library. From Mauriac, you can explore the Cantal mountains, the small villages nearby and the Dordogne valley.

Upon arrival, you will have nothing to prepare: the beds will be carefully made and one towel per person will be provided for optimal comfort.
