Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, pretty village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantal volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery, medical office, gas station). 2-star cottage renovated in 2018 in the home of the owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

Located 10 km from Salers and Mauriac, 40 from Aurillac, the independent chalet also has a garage on an enclosed lot. The village has an associative cafe with bread deposit from a postal agency, a tennis, basketball, football, children's playground and the departure of the rail bike from the Mauriac country. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Le Moulin Nature Lodge – 1/2 people

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed.
