In the heart of the medieval city, in a heritage-listed square, you will access the apartment by a spiral staircase. Located on the 2nd floor, it overlooks one of the central squares. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Summer and winter, many activities are offered, walks and hikes start at the foot of the ramparts. The ski resort 7 km away is accessible by shuttle. The 70 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living room with open kitchen.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

An additional charge of €15.00/night will be requested if 2 beds are used for 2 guests.

You are with your family, you will have two large beds and a sofa bed (sheets and duvets available). A crib is also available. Studio on one level, located in the heart of the medieval city in a historic and very quiet neighborhood. All shops are nearby, as well as restaurants . Super-Besse Station is 7 km away and is served by a regular shuttle bus during the season. Many hiking trails start directly from the heart of the city. A wide range of activities are offered by the tourist office located a few steps away, in both summer and winter.
