Après une journée dehors, c'est appréciable de rentrer au chaud. Bref, un bon petit pied-à-terre pour découvrir le coin sans se prendre la tête.

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). 15 m2 studette (Height: 2m15) independent, on the ground floor of our house. Located between town and countryside, it consists of a bathroom, a kitchenette area and a 140 bed. A small table is available outside. Parking in the house yard or street street No pets or parties please. Attention: our living rooms are located just above the studette. This way, you can hear noise during your stay!
