Top Unterkunft in extrem ruhiger Lage. Man hört die Vögel zwitschern und keinen lästigen Lärm. An den Strassen im direkteren Umkreis ist sehr wenig los. Der Pool ist recht groß und stets erfrischend (Anfang Juni ca. 22-24 Grad). Die Pool-Area hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist top und unverbaut! Eine abolute Empfehlung unsererseits für Leute die Ruhe wünschen!!

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, waren immer gut betreut und die Wohnung entsprachvoll unseren Erwartungen. Man muss wissen, dass in den Abendstunden auch das ein oder andere Flugzeug nach Heraklion fliegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort und zu Fuß in 2Minuten erreichbar. Ansonsten ist ohne Mietwagen ein schnelles Einkaufen oder Essen gehen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so einfach. Mit Auto alles kein Problem in fünf Minuten in großer Auswahl. Die Aussicht und die Wohnung sind sehr gut. Schwimmen vor Ort zu Fuß in fünf Minuten sehr gut möglich unterhalb der Wohnung. Diese war viel großzügiger als erwartet. Insgesamt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer Top-Lage direkt am Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr engagiert und super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of incredible. The location was peaceful and serene—away from the busier tourist areas, it truly felt like our own private resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and every moment there felt like a dream. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the heated pool was a highlight—especially during the cooler evenings. It made it easy to enjoy every part of our stay, no matter the weather. George, our host, was fantastic. He was always just a message away, ready with helpful suggestions and warm hospitality. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. We’re already dreaming about our return. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vila, will book again! We had a great time in this beautifull Vila. The house is very well designed and furnished, down to the smallest detailes. The kitchen well equiped and we had planty of towels. the outside patio is amazing for lounging by the pool or having dinner in the outdoor kitchen. The heated inifnity pool is amazing! Everything was super clean and comfertable. The beautiful (almost) private beach is the best feature of the vila, and the kyaks were the highlight of our vacation. It should be noted that the acess to the beach from the garden is via very steep stairs, that are a not in great shape and should be fixed. Another small detail for improovment is the Wifi that was a bit weak. Georgios is a super rssponsive host, that helped us with all of our questions, including calling restaurants on our behalf to reserve a table, and being very kind and genarous about a misunderstanding regarding the price of the stay. Thank you so much we had a great time!

We had an amazing week - we really enjoyed the house and its amenities and the beach is just across the street, so it’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy. If you like to run, there’s a long beach just a few mins away. Hosts were great, very responsive and super helpful. 100% recommend, would definitely come back.

What a wonderful stay! Antonios was incredibly communicative and greeted us warmly during check-in with fully stocked fridge, raki and a delicious platter of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. The grounds were immaculate, the amenities were exactly as described on the listing. The location is wonderful - multiple small grocery stores located within walking distance, as well as a handful of delicious tavernas and restaurants along the water and in the nearby town. The location was excellent relative to activities on the island - we visited Knossos Palace, Skotino Cave (MAGICAL), Heraklion's Archaeology Museum, Star Beach (for some scuba diving + waterslides with the kids), and an Easter music event in a nearby town. We even rented a dune-buggy for the afternoon from the rental centre right next door. The villa itself had a great outdoor bbq, air conditioning units + smart TVs in every room, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, clothes lines, beach chairs, pool toys, you name it, it's got it!

My husband, our 7yo daughter, and I stayed at Michaela's house in Crete for five nights in April, and we enjoyed it very much. The inside is clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely, but the outside living space - the pool area, the outside dining/grilling area, the terraces - make it special. Michaela's mother Eva, who lives next door, is an exceptionally welcoming and kind host. While she was nearby to help make our stay as comfortable as possible, there was no loss of privacy in the proximity. The house is in a quiet residential area, and we rented a car to get to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc., and to explore Crete in general; this was easy and worked out very well. The weather during our stay was still cool enough, especially at night, so we didn't make full use of the AC system, but the house seems well equipped to handle summer heat. All in all, we recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

We have just had the most gorgeous family holiday at Villa Belle Helene . It is the perfect villa equipped to the highest standards both inside and out and exceeded all our expectations. Inside is spacious and all the rooms have excellent air conditioning which was very welcome in the heat. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor areas, especially the pool and jacuzzi which were perfect to cool down in the heat and to enjoy. The sheltered area outside the lounge is perfect for eating and BBQs and the raised outdoor seating area with TV provides the opportunity to unwind in an evening. It is 10 mins walk up to Old Hersonnissus which has a lovely square with Tavernas and bars. Hiring a car is worthwhile to explore the island further but not essential as its easy to book taxis. Eleni and her family are absolutely lovely, they could not be more helpful and made us so welcome. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay again if we go back to Crete.

וילה נחמדה מאוד. בריכה נהדרת ונקיה. הבעלים היה זמין וסייע בכל עת. מדי יום הגיע איש נקיון לבריכה. הבעלים היה קרוב ואם היה צורך הגיע. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים. אין גישה ישירה לחוף הים ברגל, אלא צריך קצת לצעוד לכביש, לחצות ולרדת בשביל עבר בין שתי וילות שצמודות לחוף עד לחוף. החוף הקרוב הוא נהדר. אפשר גם לנסוע 5 דקות לחוף קרוב. בוילה היה חסר סכין חד וטבליות ניקוי למדיח אבל רכשנו. הגריל והטאבון היו מצוינים! מדיח הכלים עבד מצוין. מדי יום פינו את הזבל. חוויה מצוינת. כשהגענו חיכו לנו פירות טריים ומים במקרר שזה תמיד נחמד. יש כמה סופרמרקטים קרובים והעיירה הקרובה נחמדה לבילוי של יום וערב. אותנטי. לא משהו מיוחד.

La villa était superbe, décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le linge de lit et serviettes étaient impeccable de très bonne qualité : Guy Laroche. La cuisine était assez bien équipée : nous avons eu pendant quelques jours un chef cuisinier sous la recommandation de Stefani et c’était juste incroyablement bon et belle découverte. Le petit village à côté est très mignon et non loin de la villa : ce qui était pratique. La villa est idéalement bien située. Nous pensions que la villa était dans un endroit un peu « seule » mais ce n’était pas totalement le cas; ce qui nous a fait un peu peur au début et finalement c’était très calme, agréable. Chez Antonis et Stefani nous nous sentons vraiment comme à la maison : c’était très propre à notre arrivée. Stefani nous a accueilli chaleureusement, elle a été une hôte très réactive et répondant de façon très efficace dès que nous avions une question ou un petit problème. Elle est souriante c’est fort agréable. Nous recommandons leur villa.

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

Wir hatten einen extrem schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es gibt viel Platz zum entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für alles Stavros. Wir kommen wieder!

Fantastic villa, we couldnt have asked for more. The house is amazing and immaculate with everything you could need. Elina was the perfect host and went above and beyond and was proactive with extra information and tips. We couldnt have asked for a more welcoming and warm host. 5 star house with a 5 star host. we will be back.

Wir hatten diese wunderbare Villa für eine Woche mit 6 Personen gemietet. Auch mit 10 Personen hat man hier auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll und ich kann hier allen positiven Kommentaren nur zustimmen. Hervorzuheben ist auch nochmal die Freundlichkeit und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber - wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In ca. 15- 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Heraklion und erreicht in der gleichen Zeit auch viele gut bewertete Tavernen/Restaurants in der Nähe. Wer nicht nur in der Villa abhängen will, sondern auch die Insel erkunden möchte, dem sei ein eigenes Auto empfohlen. Die Villa ist doch recht abgelegen, was aber eher positiv ist. Also schöne, ruhige Lage. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und viele schöne Erlebnisse auf Kreta. Zu emfpehlen: Do & Sa Markt in Heraklion, die Städte Rethymno & Agios Nikolaos, die Roza Schlucht, die Taverna "Filosofos" in Archanes und "Koukounari" in Athanati.

Die Unterkunft war mehr als traumhaft wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber genauso wie die gesamte Unterkunft und die Außenanlagen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden zudem von Lisas Mutter sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern!

Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans cet environnement, magnifique et très paisible et très calme. Vraiment très bien et c’est vraiment ce que vous cherchions. Sur place il y a un restaurant, avec bien sûr, les spécialités crétoise ,il y a une piscine magnifique, et plein de promenade à pied. La Mer est à 20 km . Il faut un peu de temps pour y aller car la route à pas mal de virages, mais nous traversons des paysages magnifiques avec des champs de l’olivier à perte de vue Le logement très raffiné et la décoration est magnifique. Bref donc nous avons passé cinq jours vraiment très très agréable.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect – very quiet, yet ideal for exploring the island. Everything was clean and exactly like in the photos. Communication was flawless, they responded immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

wir haben uns mit der ganzen Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. es war ein sehr freundliches Willlkommenheißen, für die Kinder gab es viele tolle Spielmöglichkeiten neben dem Pool. alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Giannis war sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl in der Villa von Konstantinos gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch sonst war alles tiptop, so dass wir Konstantinos nicht einmal kontaktieren mussten. Ankunft, Schlüsselübergabe etc. verlief vollkommen problemlos. Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande des kleinen Dorfes Anatoli, wo es sehr ruhig ist und man viel Privatsphäre hat. Es gibt es 2 kleine Tavernen im Dorf, die einen Besuch wert sind. Hier ist man noch abseits vom großen Tourismus. Wer hier herkommt sollte auf jeden Fall tierfreundlich sein. Um die Villa herum gibt es einige Straßenkatzen, die dankbar sind, wenn man sich ihrer annimmt. Jedoch muss man sich vorher gut überlegen, ob man die Katzen füttert. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wieder hier her zu kommen.

This is it - heaven on Earth! Only go here if you can accept this is the best of the best, you have reached perfection, nothing else will measure up. And at some point you will have to leave! Paras was the perfect host, so friendly, knowledgeable and generous. A very interesting and engaging individual. The property is utter perfection. It appears like an oasis, surrounded by lovely plants, trees etc. The whole place is of the highest standard. Even when the wind blew we arrived in the evening to find the leaves etc had been discreetly swept up and the grounds tidied. It has a perfect balance of shade and areas to catch some rays. We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach a few minutes away then evenings in the local area having the finest food. The building is air conditioned and has shutters so we slept so well. We can't thank Paras enough for the best holiday ever.

We stayed two nights at the villa and wished we could’ve booked it for more. As a superhost myself with over 500+ Five Star Reviews I can tell you that this place is really great! It had all the amenities, is furnished beautifully, everything is new construction and not run down, spotless & clean, the arrival waters and fruits were awesome, host and cleaning staff were both super friendly and the private pool is just perfect to cool off in !! Would recommend this villa to anyone from a romantic getaway to a small family. 10/10 and will be staying again on our next trip!!

The house is great, first quality material, great view, and very comfortable. The host is great, always discreetly present for any need. The access to the house is very easy. The pool is really awesome. Great place!!!!!
