This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ firiendly, business travelers and pet firendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. There is a sitting area with fireplace and a sofa that sleeps 1-2, a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower, eating area and an exit to a private terrace with outdoor shower and sitting area. Upstairs a king size bed with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. A unique place with a style all its own.

Laconian Blue Residence, No1

Modern and contemporary studio just 300 meters from the city center and within walking distance of the coastal road, where the main bulk of the restaurants and cafes of the area are located. A spacious and beautiful place, which provides all the amenities for the best possible stay in our place! It includes an independent private entrance and a beautiful terrace. It consists of a semi-detached bedroom, bathroom and an open space that includes a sofa, which becomes a bed, and a kitchen.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

The guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood with a pleasant climate, lush with olive groves on small hills, in the area of Mavrovounio, 3 km near the picturesque Gythio. The nearest beach is the sandy beach of Mavrovouni, located 1.5 km from the guest house, where in some places it is organized with umbrellas, catering shops, while in many other not so busy places it is suitable for peace and isolation. The guesthouse was first inhabited in April 2024.
