Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mavrovouni

The house was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful garden. Elias gave us great tips about the area and was available whenever we needed anything.

Zoek je een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen? Zoek dan niet verder: dit is het hemelse paradijs op aarde! Met je eigen privéstrandje voor het huisje (en links en rechts grotere stukken strand met schaduwplek ), een grote baai met glashelder water, nauwelijks andere mensen in de buurt, in het huisje alles wat je nodig hebt zoals goede airco op de slaapkamer en ga zo maar door. Elias (of is het nou Nikos?) is een hele lieve gastheer. Bij aankomst kregen we een grote tas met tomaten, komkommer, sinaasappels, verse olijfolie, etc. Wij hebben meermaals bij het restaurantje van Nikos gegeten omdat het zo ontzettend lekker was. Heel veel keuze, en alles kakelvers. Anders dan bij veel andere restaurants is er hier ook voor vegetariërs veel keuze. Niet twijfelen, echt ernaar toe gaan! Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht inklusive Meeresrauschen beim Frühstück. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Im Dorf (1km) gibt es Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zB für einen Besuch in Monemvasia.

Alles bestens! Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einem niedlichen, kleinen Örtchen und ist absolut sauber, gepflegt und charmant. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, Mani ist im Vergleich die wildeste und ursprünglichste Gegend des Peloponnes. Darüberhinaus ist Georgios ein überaus freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Absolute Empfehlung!

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Charming traditional home with breathtaking views from the balcony — truly a hidden gem in Pragmatefti near Leonidio. Every morning (and night) felt magical. The house has an authentic, warm feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Mina was more than perfect — friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout. Would definitely return!

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Καταπληκτικός χώρος. Πολύ όμορφο σπιτι. Έχει ησυχία και καταπληκτική θέα. Πολύ μεγάλος χώρος μέσα και έξω. Ο οικοδεσπότης βοηθητικός, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με όμορφη υποδοχή. Να μην ξεχάσουμε ότι παρείχε και προϊόντα για κατανάλωση όπως υλικά για πρωινό για παράδειγμα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε το χώρο όλη η οικογενεια μας με τα σκυλάκια μας και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το χώρο του Παναγιώτη για περισσότερες μέρες.

Words can't describe this place and Dia our hostess. Before we got there, Dia went above and beyond to help us with our plans, both on our travel there and during our stay. From the minute we stepped in we felt right at home. Everything you need is there and the surroundings are simply magnificent. From the view from the apartment to the private beach below. It was everything we could ask for. A true paradise we would like to keep to ourselves for future trips.. and of course Dia who made our vacation even more enjoyable and made sure we have everything we need. Thank you Dia!

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s place. The location is fabulous - beautiful and atmospheric. The accommodation is authentic and comfortable and Niko was extremely helpful. The breakfast was a bonus! It is a climb to get there but certainly well worth it.

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο το σπιτάκι. Δεν το χαρήκαμε όσο θέλαμε για προσωπικούς λόγους, αλλά ελπίζω να επαναλάβουμε. Ενδείκνυται για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά.

We loved our stay at George's place in Kardamyli. The views from the balconies, the comfortable beds and walking distance to the charming town were all pluses. George was easy to communicate with and his colleague met us at the unit to show us around when we arrived. The unit was well appointed and felt very private. Highly recommended.

C’est un très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire. Tout était fidèle à la description. L’accès à l’appartement est un peu une aventure puisqu’il faut monter la cote en empruntant un tout petit chemin mais on finit pas s’y habituer. Bienvenue en Grèce! Moi j’en ai pas eu besoin, mais Ilias a offert de me guider sur ce chemin à mon arrivée. Vraiment un bel accueil! D’ailleurs je dois dire que les hôtes sont très disponibles et ont réagi rapidement à notre unique demande (je n’arrivais pas à ouvrir le sofa-lit. Nektaria est venue m’aider et a réglé le problème très rapidement). J’y retournerais sans problème surtout si Ilias installe un chauffe-eau pour la piscine qui était un peu froide (voyage au mois de mai. On s’est quand même baigné à chaque jour 😉)

Villa was in an amazing and peaceful location. Property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was always simple with immediate response via watsapp. Everything needed and more for a comfortable stay was available in the villa and the pool was a perfect place to relax during the hot afternoons. The 'almost ' private beach was a short drive and several excellent restaurants were available nearby in Poulithra. Will very much hope to return in the future.

Parfaite maison pour 2 couples et un bébé . Spacieuse , un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue exceptionnelle et à part une fête de voisinage très tard un soir , l’endroit était très tranquille et paisible , un plaisir pour les yeux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la belle maman et étions très heureux que le lit pour le bébé soit préparé a notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location Arbnb !

בילינו ארבעה לילות באפריל, נהננו מאוד! בית נקי ויפה חצר מושלמת שקיעות יפות מול הים המון טבע מהמם מסביב. מרחק הליכה קצר משני חופים יפים, הכפר נעים ושקט. הרבה מסלולי הליכה ברגל מהבית. הדירה באווירה ביתית וחמימה ויש את כל מה שצריך. התקשורת עם המארחים מצוינת עזרו לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. ממליצים מכל הלב. מקווים לחזור בקיץ

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

loved our stay,very relaxing and comfortable..Maria was an excellent communicator and Violetta did wonderful job with keeping it clean, especially with a baby.Pool area lovely . Will definitely return.
