Monthly Rentals in Mayfield Heights

This is located 3.5 miles from Hillcrest Medical Center which was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my dad’s surgery. The house was perfect in all ways. Very spacious, very clean and easy access to everything. I had a personal hiccup with the surgeons office that caused our stay to be extended. I reached out to Jody and she was beyond accommodating. So very THANKFUL. Highly recommend this home!

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here, while visiting Cleveland, Ohio for the first time. Sara has been an exceptional host and has put together an awesome place to stay. You have everything you need, as mentioned in the description. Plenty of space for a couple of people if staying longer. If just for a few days and need a place to crash you can easily fit 4 people, 2 in bed, 2 on sectional couch. I just stayed for a whole 6 months and loved the spot. Close to food, downtown, and honestly very easy to get around town from here. Work wants me to stay a little longer so I’m pleased to say I’ll be extending my time here! Sorry peeps. But if/when this location is available - I highly recommend either a short or long stay. You won’t regret it.

Charming, spacious living room and dining room. Lots of natural light made it warm and inviting. Hosts very responsive. Would stay here again.

Jake and Tracey surely deserve their status as super-hosts! Unfortunately, we were unable to stay in their home due to unforeseen circumstances and contractor delays, however, Jake and Tracey communicated the potential problem months before and kept us in the loop throughout everything. A full refund was issued promptly. Both of them were excellent at answering our questions and responding quickly. When our backup AirBNB also fell through, Jake graciously helped find us resources and other options in the area--which was definitely not expected but was simply them being kind, good people to us. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with them, and I definitely recommend staying in any of their properties!!!
