We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

Life on Lincoln was a wonderful place to stay. Stacey’s apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. We were really comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is so central, and we were able to walk to some great coffee shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week at Marcella’s place in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Marcella was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor area and the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is new and central. The Az team is friendly and responds quickly. The apartment is comfortable, with a great bed and pillow. Everything is very clean and new. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Perth. Thank you for being an excellent hostel.

Rae was the best host we have experienced on Airbnb from helping us check in early codes for laundry room and arrive to show us how to use without us asking the cappuccino strip is one minute walk from the Apartment as is the Astor theatre supermarket again one minute walk all bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking and if you wish to visit the city (CBD) $8.40 9 minutes away

Had a wonderful stay at Matt's place! Everything was walking distance and the studio was super cozy! Matt was always responsive and so friendly. Highly recommended this place to anyone. Thank you Matt for making my time in Perth wonderful 😊

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at Geri’s. Her house has all the amenities we needed. Equipped with rice cooker which we love because as Asian we eat rice everyday. Lol. The TV comes with Netflix so thats great too for our kids to watch at night before they go to bed. The surrounding is great. Safe for family and easy access to convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. It is also not far off from the airport and an easy drive to the city. No dryer but she has a washer so if you do your laundry you can hang em to dry with the hanging rack she provided. All in all, it was a pleasant stay at Geri’s humble abode. 😊

Lynette’s place is a cute but spacious studio apartment that contained everything we needed for a quick getaway. The location was amazing and only a 10 minute walk to RAC arena. Lynette was very responsive to my queries and clear with her instructions re. Access to the apartment. Would highly recommend.

We couldn’t recommend Callum’s place enough. We had never been to Perth before and upon leaving, realised we would’ve stayed forever! And Callum’s Airbnb played a massive part in that. From the privacy of the accommodation to the at-home and modern feel, it was truly a home away from home. Callum was a brilliant host, with prompt responses to any questions or queries we had and had even set out a lovely little welcome package of goodies for us when we arrived. To say it was the perfect stay would be an understatement and we would - in a heartbeat - book again; next time for as long as we can! Thank you Callum for making our week in Perth something to remember.

The apartment is in a great spot for exploring Perth and close to multiple bus stops for adventuring further afield. The check-in instructions were great, with provided images really helpful. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer. It was a lovely place to stay.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . Freshly renovated apartment. Perfect for business, solo or couples travelling. Short walk to the CBD or Northbridge restaurants and cafes. 2 x open air carparks just down the street. Apartment had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. Rhonda and Shabi were helpful and responsive.

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.
