Monthly Rentals in Maynard's Green

I stay here at least once a year, and have done for a few now. The standards in the Annex are very high, always spotless and clean throughout. Everything you need is always there so it's becoming a home from home for me. Unlike other places I have stayed in the standards never drop, and your never taken for granted. Christy and Nick are always welcoming, responsive and above all helpful if needed. I have not met better hosts like these ever. Many thanks for another very pleasant stay, and see you next year if not before.

Wonderful little house, beautifully renovated, in a corner of heaven. the garden is idyllic, the horse and chickens have been the great attraction of our kids and the home produced honey was a treat! My husband is very tall and managed not to hit his head, he had to avoid the kitchen ;). Beds were comfortable and the shower perfect. ann was extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved staying in a place where the host lives, cares about it and can talk to us. It's a perfect place to visit Seven sisters and many other attractions.

Wow what a gem of a place everything was spotlessly clean and as described. Katy was a wonderful host and very responsive to the queries we had. Beautiful location and quiet just what we needed. The outside space was used every day for our meals and the umbrella was especially useful in the very hot weather. Quite possibly our best stay to date in an Airbnb.

Lovey, unique accommodation, bit like f noise from road on occasion, very comfy beds!
