Holiday rentals with a patio in Maysville

Cody was the perfect host. The space is pristine clean, large and fully equipped, exactly as advertised. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed my stay! Charles was very helpful and always returned my messages! The place is small, but it is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay stress less! The area is so nice!!! I really enjoyed Eden Park. If was literally walking distance! There are restaurants within walking distance as well! Just follow the instructions and don’t go down the driveway and you’ll have a sweet time!

We only stayed one night for a wedding in town and got in late, but this place would be excellent for an extended stay. There was a huge porch, the door was easy to get into with a keypad code. I liked that we could arrive on our own schedule. There are a few steps at the sidewalk and a few steps to the porch but other than that the indoors is pretty accessible. A full kitchen is always a plus to me if staying for longer than a few days because I like to cook when traveling to save money. Close to the main town center with all the little shops and restaurants which made it really easy to meet up with our friends. Super cute area and we plan to return to this spot.

Wonderful location, responsive host, and great place to stay. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and call it our home away from home when we are in town visiting family.

Cari's place met our needs for the weekend. We were in town for a Savannah Bananas baseball game. Cari's place was a convenient short drive to the ballpark and other attractions and restaurants but in a neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet. The apartment was clean and as pictured and very detailed instructions were provided for check in. It was a perfect stay for two adults, a teenager, and our dog.

A really comfortable place to live in, smack dab in the middle of Cincy so getting around by walking is actually pretty easy. The place is a bit old so does get squeaky at times but that’s nothing to worry about.

Beautiful, homey feeling place. Felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Close to walk anywhere or catch an uber. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed and sofa sleeper were extremely comfortable (I love the duvet on the bed)!

My Husband and I had a great stay at Fred's. The house was just as described and we had everything that we needed for a long weekend stay. We love this area of Cincinnati, Freds place is within walking distance/short drive to many local restaurants. It is a great spot to stay and is in a quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay again sometime and would recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend stay!

Had a great stay & our host was accommodating to our group needs. Really enjoyed the hospitality & we were able to explore the area easily. Between street car & ride sharing we got to see a lot of the city & enjoyed the privacy of the Airbnb to relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

We loved staying here for a night out in Cincinnati. OTR area is super close and downtown is a short uber drive. The house was super clean and the bed was so comfy. Us 3 girls had so much room and really enjoyed having the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and we walked home late from the bars and felt safe. Only thing to note is that the place is up a couple flights of stairs but we weren’t bothered by that.

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

This was an extremely affordable and great place to stay! The Airbnb was so cute and clean. What you see in the pictures, is exactly what you’re getting. The host was extremely quick with replies if we needed anything. The Airbnb is in a cute part of the city with so many places within walking distance. I would recommend this location to anyone & would stay here again!

Great place!! Came to town for the Reds game and the zoo. VERY walkable even with 2 kids under the age of 10 (drove to the zoo). The parking spots included were a game changer for my husband, no need to worry about where to park in a city. The spots are not made for long vehicles but our SUV (Traverse) fit - just something to consider when booking. Overall, this was a GREAT place - clean, well stocked with the necessities, did not hear from other people in the building really at all. Would stay here again for sure!!

We loved this airbnb!! I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great location, easy to find. Walkable, or a very cheap uber to many restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is really nice. Spotless, decorated very cute, comfy bed, spacious, great view. I never heard the neighbors. Nav is very responsive and easy to communicate with! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. *If you want a dinner recommendation...Mita was incredible.

By far, one of the nicest Airbnbs! The location can’t be beat, as you are literally steps from all the action. Yet the unit is completely private and quiet. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING one may need, along with the extras….snacks, slippers, coffee, fans…. It was just wonderful and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental. Loved it!
