Our stay at Doris's is always a great experience. We look forward to seeing you next year for our fishing trip. Her cabin is peaceful, clean and equipped with everything we need!! After a long day of fishing, a camp fire and quiet time is the perfect ending! Thank you for offering this great, affordable place for our family to stay and for always being so accommodating!!

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

Comfortable and serene. Besides the central location to some of the places we wanted to visit, we loved stargazing on the 2 decks. Very nice bathroom and kitchen . Comfortable beds and sofa. Super easy check in.
