We had a wonderful stay in this charming, historic Italian apartment! Giacomo was incredibly nice, courteous and always helpful. The location is central with many attractions nearby. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped. You immediately feel comfortable and notice that a lot of love for old objects is in the furnishings. We would come back anytime and would recommend this place!

lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommended, the apartment was perfect and the hosts were super friendly. Very comfortable for going to the racetrack.
