Great mountain house! House was clean and had everything we needed. The host sent us local recommendations and checkin/out was easy!

Great property. Owners left great instructions, and the house was private. The deer were an added bonus with the hot tub. Will be back for the winter. 5 Stars

Well appointed home in a great location. The house had lots of little amenities that were great for a family. The living room was cozy and well suited for everything we needed. Kristin was responsive and helpful when we needed anything

We had a wonderful getaway at Seths place in Rockingham. Perfect location for a group of 12 girlfriends that wanted to relax. Loved the pool and the porch/patio! Felt like Tuscany. Seth and Carla were extremely responsive to the couple of small issues we had. Definitely recommend.

This was a great affordable option for our multi-family vacation with a wide range of ages (adults, teens and toddlers). The separate living rooms were nice when our group wanted to participate in different activities. Everything was clean and stocked. When we had questions, Jeff was quick to respond and provided helpful information. We also enjoyed using the Massanutten Resort's amenities (pickleball courts, rec center, etc.) We loved our stay!

This place was perfect ! Everything you could possibly need was available to us . The hot tub and the fire pits were amazing. The view was incredible. There was so much to do very close to the house! Potato chip tasting , wineries , cave tour, and a really cool parade float museum! We also truly enjoyed the space , lots of room to relax and read a book, play ball outside , fish in the river… great place , highly recommend!

My husband, brother, and two of our friends spent the weekend at Brad’s house and we had a lovely time. It was extremely conducive to relaxing. We cooked our meals there. The kitchen was very clean and we had found everything we needed for our meals. We were able to use lies the front porch. The pool was closed, but it looked very nice. Brad is an amazing host. He will answer your questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at Brad’s place to anyone.

Stayed here for a family getaway and left with no complaints. The house was spotless, kids had so much fun in the game rooms. Chris was an amazing host as well. We really enjoyed our time.

We needed a place to stay for one night between a visit to Melrose Caverns and spending the following day at the Massanutten waterpark. The Flower on the Mountain house was just perfect for that. Our family had a great time hanging out and especially enjoyed the games on the infinity table. Unfortunately it rained most of the time so we didn't get to use any of the amenities on the deck but they looked great. The kids have already asked that we stay there again next time we visit Massanutten.

Host was super flexible and responsive. Quiet location for little ones that needed naps. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

Our group had an amazing time at this home! They had all essentials and much more. We especially enjoyed the game room and comfortable couches and seating all around the house! The location is perfect and so close to all the resort amenities. The hosts, Nicole and Mike, were amazing and always responsive with our questions! Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip with a big group to Massanutten.

We had an absolute amazing week with family! There were more than enough activities to do inside the house that we didn’t really even utilize everything! The space was also very large and accommodated everyone well. The kitchen was stocked with most necessities and the second fridge downstairs was great. The carpet was definitely on the older side with some stains, but it still felt clean. I wish there was a pantry or a cabinet to put groceries away, but there was good counter space to use. Jonathan was extremely responsive to questions while we were there and even when we left! I have a feeling we will be staying here many more times in the future!

This is my second stay and yet still plenty of new activities to be explored in the surrounding area. We spent a day visiting Shenandoah Valley stopping at each overlooks. We visited Harrisonburg and had a nice afternoon walk in the tranquil trails in JMU’s Edith J. Arboretum. One day we headed out for a visit to Natural bridge and stopped by a beautiful town Staunton. It’s such a lovely place and we ended up spending the rest of the day there, watching a play in the Shakespeare Theater and had a wonderful dinner at the Mill Street Grill. Definitely will visit again and save enough time checking out all its fascinating stores. Thanks to the hosts we were able to rest well in such a clean and comfortable house every evening, and cook a hot breakfast every morning before our adventure!

Ashley was such a wonderful host. She was very responsive and went above and beyond in helping us prepare for the trip prior to our check in. It was a pleasure to get to enjoy her house. It gave our family the perfect vacation “home base” we felt a retro-modern vibe throughout the interior and the outdoor spaces were perfect for spotting deer, and relaxing at dusk after staying busy during the day, with all of the resort amenities!

Beautiful space! The view was gorgeous and the home was very clean. It included everything you would could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It was an easy drive to Harrisonburg and we also enjoyed the hot tub!

I had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Paul and April's home is an incredible place to stay for a family getaway! Our family came to Harrisonburg for the JMU graduation weekend, and it was private, quiet, and only 28 minutes from JMU -- for a family, it's a way better proposition than staying in 4 or 5 rooms at a hotel in town. The home was spacious, quiet, and had an amazing view from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and there lots of amenities for entertainment -- games, ping-pong, pool table. Excellent value, and the hosts are super communicative and promptly respond to messages. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view, lovely space, clean home, check-in and check-out was easy and straight forward. Limited parking for the size of the house but easy overflow parking option available. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Paige!!

This home was amazing. It was beautiful and was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. Location was perfect. So many deer around and they were friendly enough to feed by hand. Great area to walk. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. We had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone interested in the area. The bedrooms are also perfect and laid out nicely. This place is definitely 5 stars! Owners were very responsive and prompt whenever we had questions.

Nice place and only about 5 minutes from most of what you want to do at Massanutten.

I’m not sure where to start! I wish I could rate this experience a 10/10. Super accommodating, super flexible, beautiful place that met our needs perfectly. It fit the 4 of us well. House was super clean. We brought our dogs with us and it worked out seamlessly. Also 10-15 from JMU. Went for an event at JMU. The guest book was also super helpful. We really appreciated the early check in and late checkout. Thanks again!!!

The house was a perfect gathering spot for my family. Lots of spaces to spread out and sleeping was very comfortable.

We stayed here for a little family get together after our twins graduated in JMU. The house was just as described, comfortable beds and spacious common areas. The kids loved the loft area, and the adults the outdoors firepit. We enjoyed every minute, definitely coming back in a near future.
