Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

I highly recommend Sam's place. It was absolutely spotless: it seemed hard to believe that Sam and Lois live in the space when it isn't an airbnb. The location was convenient for our weekend in/around Longmont. Check in was easy, everything was found as expected. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had nice blackout shades for ease of sleeping. We appreciated Sam & Lois' recommendations and were very happy with the communication. Overall, very clean space with nice quality furnishings. We very much appreciated all of their thoughtful touches in making the space welcoming.

We had the best stay here after camping for four days in multiple national parks! Jett was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful from the get-go, quickly answering each and every one of our questions and even providing us great food recommendations in the area. Jett was also incredibly flexible with check in and checkout, as we weren't sure between a ten hour drive and second campsite what time we'd arrive/leave. Everything was well thought out from the fans already running in the pristine and welcoming room when we arrived to the extra bug spray left out for us in case we wanted to hang by the fire pit. We go on a national parks trip every summer and are honestly considering making this beautiful space a stop on our trip next year if we're in the area. We felt welcome and safe from the minute we booked the space, and I could not recommend this Airbnb more highly. Amazing hosts, great neighborhood, private space, cute dog...checked every box! Thank you both for sharing your home!

Enjoyed our stay at William’s place! It’s right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Just outside of Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park, with a beautiful drive to get there. We even spent more time in Longmont than what I expected. Great restaurants and activities all around! Check in was easy and we felt super comfortable there. We just had to walk in and go right up the stairs to our room. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

My family enjoyed our stay at Martha's. Midway point between the Airport and Ft. Collins with easy access to I25 made it easy to get where we needed to go. A nice clean house with ample room for 9 people. Residingin a neighborhood that was peaceful both day and night. The affordable price was well worth the accommodations. For anyone not interested in being in the mix of the city I would definitely recommend Martha's.
