The house is exclusively available to guests, with the exception of a room, which can be used upon request. The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Casetta", because everything seems in small format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A nice, charachteristic Italian house situated in a beautiful green mountain village. (600 mamsl) the house is in the old part of the center of Meana Sardo. It is a beautiful location especially for walking and has an especially scenic route. In the nearby surrounding area called Aritzo, where you can go skiing and also in the other nearby village Austis you can avail of the swimming pool facilities, which are open in July and August. To the beaches is about an hour.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

Si compone da un piccolo soggiorno cucina dove verrà servita la colazione, un bagno a cui si accede tramite un gradino e un letto alla francese soppalcato a cui si accede tramite una scala di legno… A pochi minuti da splendidi sentieri tra i Tacchi d’Ogliastra e a 20 minuti dallo più belle spiagge d'Ogliastra.
