Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Es verfügt über ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, Doppelbett (160 x 200) winzige Kochgelegenheit mit kleinem Kühlschrank, kleine Galerie und eine eigene Terrasse.

Vacation home in a rural location

Beautiful apartment on the farm! The apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, which invites you to take walks or bike rides.  The train station, bus stops and a shopping center are a 5-minute walk. Excursion destinations such as Lake Constance or Ravensburger Spieleland are also a few minutes away. The barbecue area can also be used on request.
