A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, it is bright and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our place, it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car approx. 10 minutes). The fair, airport and the Zeppelin hangar are also not far away. There are many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the Alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

Our apartment house Scapaflow offers our guests - 7 fully equipped accommodations in various sizes. The house is a new building and was opened in 2019. The house is approx. 500 meters from the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center and about 3 km from the city center of Friedrichshafen. The bus stop is just 100 meters away.

Family-friendly vacation home

The approx. 70 square meter 3-room apartment is located in the attic of our single-family home. It is accessible via an external staircase. It is located in a very quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Tettnang. The city center is about 2.5 km away.
