For 10 years we have been developing a 6 hectare plot with flowers, fruits, vegetables, ponds and holiday homes. The path to the beach goes through fields and a small forest. Then you come to the beautiful natural beach on the Bay of Lübeck. Our guests can also use the sauna and the garden and also our covered barbecue terrace with fireplace. On our 7000 sqm former small farm a few larger animals are to move in again soon. The bees already live here and produce the delicious lime blossom honey. Behind the house you can quickly reach the forest and the fields. Upstairs in the house is a large, bright room with two beds and 2 desks for relaxing work. In the middle of the nature park "Am Stettiner Haff" and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the first years of the last century lies on a large, fenced property. The Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, to unwind, to relax. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen an advantage.
