we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Haus Heck ist ein Reihen-Endhaus unserer kleinen Ferienanlage "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in ruhiger, wassernaher Dorflage. Es hat einen eigenen Eingang über die große Terrasse. Wir haben die Hecken etwas höher wachsen lassen, so habt ihr den Blick über das 13.000 qm große Grundstück, aber auch Privatheit. Das Haus teilt sich im EG in einen loftartigen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, der durch historisches Balkenwerk besticht und das Bad/WC. In der oberen Etage befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer.

Our vacation home on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. Apartment 6 is located on the garden side and sleeps 4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is.
