Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

For one-night stays, the cleaning fee can be reduced if you bring your own sheets and towels.

The small house

Located 500 m from the D649 road and at the entrance to the Avesnois Regional Park, the accommodation offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. You will be 5 minutes from Maubeuge, 20 minutes from Mons and Valenciennes, 45 minutes from Lille, and 1 hour from Brussels. A parking space is available in front of the property, and there is also the option to store bicycles in our garage.

Located in the countryside in the heart of the family farm, nice 70 m2 accommodation with south-facing terrace. You will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay in the Avesnois.
