Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

A 2,5 km dal mare e 8 km dalle Dune di Sabaudia. la Casa semplice ma ben tenuta puo' ospitare piu' di una famiglia contemporaneamente o gruppi fino ad 8 persone. 3 Camere (2 matrimoniali, 1 con letti a castello), corte con barbeque, cucina esterna, doccia esterna e giardino con manutenzione settimanale inclusa pulizia durante il soggiorno su richiesta. relax tra natura e mare, vicino al Parco del Circeo

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Situata a 5 km dal centro e 900 mt dal mare,è necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti. Può ospitare massimo 2 adulti e 2 bambini,.
