Holiday rentals with a balcony in Mediterranean Sea

Die beste Ferienwohnung aller Zeiten!!! Die Wohnung befindet sich in der besten Lage von Sevilla. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen: La Catedral, el Parque María Luisa, la Seta von Sevilla, la Plaza España etc. Darüber hinaus hat man viele Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte praktisch vor der Tür. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sie hat alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Zugang ins Haus sowie in die Wohnung geschah schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pastora geschah reibungslos. Das Gebäude hat einen Fahrstuhl und einen eigenen Müllkontainer. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Aber das beste für mich war die Sauberkeit. Ich bin eine Hygienefanatikerin, die immer mit Putzmitteln verreist. Das war aber das erste Mal, dass ich eine Ferienwohnung nicht saubermachen musste und das hat viel zu sagen. Diese Wohnung würde ich immer wieder buchen!!!

We had an amazing stay at casa coco. Marco was an excellent host- communication was amazing and he was always happy to help. The apartment is gorgeous and we could not get over how beautiful the terrace was in real life! The location was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone 😊

What a fabulous location for exploring Ortigia, we loved the apartment and definitely recommend! Very spacious, well equipped property with everything needed (including air conditioning units in each room, shutters on each window, washing machine and drying racks both inside and out, plenty of towels, comfy beds etc). We mainly walked everywhere from the apartment, choosing not to hire a car, although parking is available. Easy check in met by the host at an agreed time. Huge list of eatery recommendations shared by the hosts which we enjoyed a few of (including superb gelateria!). The local market with super selection of fruit, veg, cheese etc was just a couple of minutes walk away, ultra convenient! We also took a boat trip from a provider that we could see from the apartment.

Un appartement absolument charmant, très lumineux, très bien équipé , très propre, et très bien situé. Tout est à proximité, le centre ville , les restaurants, le parking ....et malgré cela l'appartement est dans une rue très calme. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Begoña , qui reste à l'écoute des locataires tout au long du séjour. un grand merci pour cet accueil .

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

Absolutely perfect! The location was ideal - walkable to Old Chania, but just far enough to be quiet at night. Everything was very clean, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. Best of all, Elina had LOTS of incredible local recommendations. Don't think twice before booking!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a fabulous location - right in the middle of everything, but as the immediate area is closed to vehicle traffic it is very quiet. There are great restaurants and cafes right outside the door, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of four. Antonia was a wonderful and very helpful host. We highly recommend this place!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Roberta’s apartment was excellent in every way. To start, she was the perfect host - communicative and helpful from the time we booked through check out. The space was even better than the photos. It was quiet, extremely clean, and had so many lovely touches. The location was convenient to the Colosseum, a taxi stand, and a 24 hour market right across the street. All in all, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Excelente acomodação, infelizmente ficamos apenas uma noite. A televisão na cozinha/sala é móvel, o que proporcionou uma experiência de conforto e acolhida em ambos os ambientes. A cama é excelente, o banheiro tem uma iluminação moderna e os banhos são relaxantes (o chuveiro é moderno e o fluxo de água adaptado para cada necessidade). Design moderno, presença de lava louças e lavadora de roupas, é um varal na varandinha! Passeio para o coliseu a 10 minutos a pé de distância, vários restaurantes e um supermercado ao lado da hospedagem!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einem Stadtteil, in dem vornehmlich Einheimische wohnen, Napoli pur. Busse und U-Bahn in 5-10 min erreichbar. Angela und Alessandro empfingen uns außerordentlich herzlich und haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Man spürt, dass sie ihre Stadt sehr lieben und ihren Gästen jede Möglichkeit geben möchten, diese Faszination zu teilen. Grazie Mille liebe Angela und Alessandro, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Fantastic place. Exactly what we needed. This evening there was a beautiful concert across the street white we relaxed on the balcony with a stunning view of the Parthenon.

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.

Appartamento super confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Host gentilissimi. Unico neo che posso trovare è la posizione non collegata benissimo con la metro. Consigliato ☺️
