Good and convenient location for all attractions. My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know about it in advance (fee may apply).

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Check-in worked wonderfully, communication with David is impeccable and he is a really outstanding host who takes particularly good care of his guests! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. What is particularly noteworthy is how clean the apartment was upon my arrival (I have never experienced this before). I felt very comfortable in the apartment, also as it is located in a very nice house with very nice and quiet neighbors.

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Everything works perfectly. Make sure your phone is able to make a call for opening the building door. We had some trouble getting to garage at checkout coz the door was locked so we needed to walk thru the garage gate to get in. Except this, no any other issues. Jenny was very helpful and responsive all the time. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at Ursula's, who is a very friendly host. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very quiet and very well located (metro, bus, tram and shops a few minutes' walk). We recommend 100%.

We were in Vienna for 3 days at the end of May and stayed in Gerhard's apartment. The apartment is located in Vienna Meidling, but is very well connected to the center by subways, etc. There are numerous shopping opportunities including the Meidlinger market. The area is quiet, the people are friendly. The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, one of which is very small but cozy. We had two more cold days and were happy to be able to turn on the heating briefly in the evening. I highly recommend Gerhard's apartment.
