Good and convenient location for all attractions. My studio apartment fitted with modern kitchen & bathroom, located on the 1st floor (no elevator, 37 stairs) in a typical old Viennese building, in a green residential area & very near the Schönbrunn Palace, and short walking distance to the metro. The modern apartment has good WIFI, equipped kitchen, 24hr hot water, and central heating. Check-in time 15:00-20:00 (3-8pm), late check-in possible if I know about it in advance (fee may apply).

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed.
