Holiday rentals with a balcony in Mekong River

The property was good. We got 4th and 5th floor with no elevator. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The property is in a little busy area. you can get anything in a walk. Must visit place

We were a group of five and felt very comfortable in this apartment. Best location imaginable with access to all the best shopping and high-end malls. We can’t say enough about how well this apartment was decorated with ever inch of the unit being brought to its full potential with function and access. We would love to come back one day. Note that even though there wasn’t an elevator we found it easy to climb the stairs.

The place was nice. The host was super nice. Very responsive and easy to work with. The street is quite noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Other than that all was well.

It is very close to shops and night markets; there is a good coffee shop across the street, and it is also easy to hail a car by transportation.

Positive points: - air conditioning in all rooms - Equipped accommodation (provision of toothbrushes, earplugs...) - spacious rooftop - water supply (can) - Foot massage machine - 11 min walk to Khao San Road - 7/eleven 2 min walk from the property - restaurant and brunch in front of the listing - reserved space to store our luggage - Host responsiveness We had been informed that the accommodation was on the 5th floor without an elevator but that was not a problem for us.

The house is very close to the night market. It is also convenient and accurate.The only thing is that Bangkok is so loud that there are constantly motorcycles driving by at night, and the room's glass and doors are not very soundproof, and it's easy to hear the noise from outside.Because the room is cleaned uniformly before check-in, it is difficult to do so after check-in and need to pay attention in advance.

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thx

Our stay at Joop’s apartment was wonderful! The place was modern, clean and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The apartment was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Everything you might need is within walking distance, which makes getting around super easy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with everything I could need. I truly enjoyed my time here! Joop was an exceptional host—friendly and attentive. I really appreciated her follow-ups and care throughout the stay. I’d 100% recommend this apartment and would stay here again!
